We expected to have coffee making facilities in the room - but staff were helpful and provided a jug and cups on request. Some minor issues in bathroom - eg hand basin leaked. On our final day staff asked us to make a donation to homeless in exchange for a rosary - boss was not there, so were a bit suspicious

The WiFi connection was uneven.

Excellent value. Good location, close to both the Stazione and the bars/eateries of La Kalsa. The staff was very attentive to making sure our stay was comfortable, (e.g. promptly fixed the shower head) Strong AC. Good TV. Charming furnishings. We would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom need a small repair.

The accommodation was nice, good location , very close to central station. We stayed only one night, comparing to other accomodation we stayed in Palermo at the beginning of our holiday, this one was super good:) The guy in the reception was very nice, helpful, check in went very smooth. We had small issue with shower - broken shower hose, but staying only one night we did not claim it. The place looked very nice. I would recommend it.

When we first arrived, it was not obvious how to enter the B&B. We tried to follow the intercom instructions but it wasn't until another guest came out that we were able to get in. When coming out of our room, there was no lighting in the corridor and no way to access lighting.

The room was excellent. In fact it was two rooms which we weren't expecting. Very comfy and very tastefully decorated. Bathroom was very spacious.

A funky, interestingly designed art-bnb which has a perfect location in the centre of the city but is nevertheless quiet. Has a small balcony. Very, very close to the central railway station (5 mins walk).

We were given a room with a bath tub, but had no stopper so we could not use it. It wasn't very clean when we first arrived, there were slight stains on the toilet bowl seat. Breakfast is quite standard, but when we went there late one morning, some items were not refilled. As we had a room next to the dining area, we were awakened early each morning by extremely loud chatter. At night we could also hear the sounds of television coming in through the walls. The rooms are quite artfully decorated, but on the last night one of the headboard mural's stapler bullets came off and was jutting out right where my head was, and I only found out because I had adjusted my pillow. It was quite stressful for us frankly, as on the first morning we were there we were invited to make a donation for the staff's volunteer organization, but we had no cash with us. He reminded us about this again the morning we left, but we still had no cash, and felt bad most of the time.

This quaint B&B has lovely decor, and the rooms are spacious, in a building that has a lift which is really useful. It is also very close to the train station.

The owner Andrea is a wonderful host, always there to help and assist, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast keep you full till lunch that you can enjoy in the beautiful Palermo center. The location is just where you need to be to have good time in Palermo

Do not pay on the place. Reservation was with included breakfast but we had to pay extra for it. Host said that it is because we were paying on the place not through booking but when we booked the place there was no information about extra costs when you pay in the hotel. Be aware. Due to language barrier we could not explain situation propperly to personal and had to pay to leave.

Place was very close to the center and station. Locatioan is good. Room was clean and with air condicioning.

Last minute change of room. I had booked the 2 room suite because I wanted my mother and I to have separate rooms but at 21 o'clock when I arrived we were moved to a single bedroom on the basis that we were 2 people. I think this is outrageous. We were then given a 20 euro refund but I would be never trust that hotel again.

Breakfast was very, very basic, you get what you pay for! B&B furnishings very old fashioned and quite eclectic but beds comfortable. Air con worked but was a bit rickety. Not plush but perfect for what we needed. Felt safe. Very interesting that the continental type cafe/bar culture doesn’t seem to exist here so much - so can be hard to find somewhere to just drink in a square or outside at any time of day.

Staff were delightful, couldn’t do enough, friendly and warm. Area of town pretty run down but never once felt unsafe and quickly found our way around old town and other tourist areas.

Leakage in the bathroom, the room keys did not work and needed 5 minutes of wrestling with it everytime to get back into the room!! The area around the hotel is filthy like we have never experienced anywhere else in sicily! There is literally **** and garbage everywhere! We were allowed to keep our luggage in the reception after check-out but they refused to let us use their bathroom when we collected the luggage after a whole day of being outdoors! We found that really weird. Breakfast was varied with sweet and savory but nothing in that was great quality. We had it only one day out of five.

The location is close to buses and trains and extremely convenient for day trips or walking around the Central areas in palermo for sightseeing. We liked that the room was cleaned everyday. The room is also away from the main street/entrance so its really quiet at night.

The room was dated and dirty/dusty. There was a broken trashcan, broken wall plugs, broken shelf etc. The heating didn’t work and it got cold during the night (stayed in November). Breakfast was terrible.
