Art of living luxury house in Como is a great place to stay in the city. It is located in an easily accessible location, on a busy boulevard and close to a bus stop. The sights are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and bright, with nice furniture, comfortable beds, a big living room and everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The photos correspond to reality. The most wonderful impression was left by the host, who throughout our stay was ready to assist as needed, very nice and kind. Much thanks to the host! Definitely a busier street, so prepare yourself with some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The back bedroom isn’t too bad though!

The apartment was fantastic and very clean. Had everything we needed. Had a few family meals at the property and had everything we needed to cook. Location was perfect. You can see the old town walls and tower from the window and there is a fantastic cafe across the street.

I liked absolutely everything

Everything went just fine. The apartment is exactly the same as on the photo. Very large and spacious. Warm and everywhere is perfectly clean. There is everything you need. Also a great compliment was tea, coffee and everything you need. The host is very friendly and was on call at any time to answer our questions.Check in was quick and no problems. We were traveling late at night and we were met with a late check in .Everything was very friendly. If we are ever in this city again we will definitely come back again .

Not enough dishes for a group of 6 people. No corkscrew in the kitchen (in Italy!). Mould in the bathroom.

The property was relaxing and spacious. All the amenities you need. The oven is also a microwave which was cool. I was not used to Italian appliances but I learned quickly. I felt like I was a local too.

It's not sound proof window and the wooden window is broken so I can hear everyting on the street all night. No backout curtain. It's just a thin clothes.

Location is very superb. Everything is so close. Many shops nearby.

Good location near the center and Como lake, quite street. Very very nice appartment with two separated bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

As it is located on a Main Street it can be very loud at nights especially on the weekends. However the windows and doors are double glazed and are reasonably effective.

Good location. Not too far from historical centre. Flat easy walk. House was well appointed. Functional kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Dining table for 6 people, and 2 couches. Air conditioning in each room. Very comfortable. Good for families. Café across the road for breakfast.

Prior to our arrival, communication with our host was difficult, which was stressful. Once we actually arrived, he touched base with us regularly. The lockbox for the apartment is located behind a gate, so it is a little difficult to access - you need to reach through the gate to open the lockbox and get the keys. This is only an issue upon arrival.

The apartment was lovely. It was very large and modern. The two bathrooms very both updated and spacious. The location is great. It was a 5-6 minute walk from the Como Nord Borghi Station and about 2 minutes walk to the Old Town.
