The rooms were a bit tiny but it’s a boutique hotel so that’s expected.

I loved this little boutique hotel! It was super cute and comfy. We also had a great view of the duomo from our rooms and it was located in center city. We were able to walk to everything.

We stayed in 2 rooms over 3 nights. The first 2 nights in a triple. Last night in a double. The last night we heard some noise from what we think was the other room at night. Perfect stay otherwise.

Well decorated, v clean rooms. Complimentary evening aperitifs and drinks. Lovely seating area to relax in. Close to cathedral area. Close to shopping district. Walkable to many sights. Amazing, v helpful and pleasant staff. Supermarket nearby

The pictures on booking are a bit misleading, the hotel is a part od old florence building so it pretty small, and i believe on the entrace it says it has only 3 stars while booking says 4, it was clean but i would say it could be even a little bit cleaner. What we were dissapointed the most is the breakfast, very poor choice.

The stuff was lovely The view from the room is beautiful but maybe not worth the price. Our experience wasnt bad at all but we were expecting a bit more, maybe thats our fault that we didnt do a proper research...

We loved everything about our penthouse suite… our terrace was spectacular the views of the Duomo overlooking city with the bells tolling every hour was perfect! We slept so good at night due to comfortable bed :) the staff was friendly , helpful and informative she even called us a taxi to go back to the train station! We loved our stay and will be returning!❤️

I was blown away by the reception at the hotel. Our room was extraordinary. They provided all accessories in the room and it was a fantastic experience for me and my family. It’s in the center of the city and very close to the dome. If I go to Florence again, Art’e would be my choice to stay.

Since the building is quite old, there was mould in our bathroom. That didn’t bother at all but aesthetically this was not the best. The hotel is located centrally and very close to the Duomo, the downside of which is the bells at 7am. 😂

Firstly Julia at reception! When we arrived, Julia was welcoming and lovely with a glass of processco offered. She went over in detail where we were on a map of Florence and what we might like, food shopping, etc. There are several cozy common spaces, beautifully decorated with free coffee for relaxing in and a complimentary happy hour. Breakfast was excellent, cold cuts, cheese boiled eggs, muesli, yogurt. fruit and pastries, etc. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated in an elegant, arsty way. Our room/bathroom while small (this we expected given the central city location) was delightful and well appointed. Location superb, we could see from our room the Duomo dome just one block over. In addition to Julia, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The water fluctuates from scalding hot to cold in the shower.

The hotel was really well decorated and comfortable. The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. We are grateful that they held our bags for a few hours after we checked out. The room was perfect, with a nice view and wonderful amenities (grateful for free water, espresso, etc after a long day of traveling). Great location!

Hotel si the best situated in the centre, there is the best lady in reception, who gave us every information about Florencia (restaurant, bars, gelato) and the room was really amazing. Food al the time (snacks, fruits, coffee, tea, water)

Cozy apartment hotel close to the central sights. Quiet - view to the inside of the block to beautiful roofs and cupolas. Very amicable staff. Great apero included in the room price.
