There was a mix-up on arrival in that the hotel had allocated a double room - rather than a twin - to my brother and me. Fortunately this was corrected on the morrow.

The room was clean, comfortable and looked out onto the Bisenzio river. Very well placed for the historic centre of Prato. Also good value. Very good spread at breakfast - how about a fresh fruit salad rather than tinned peaches and pineapple?

No on site restaurant although there is a bar. Restaurants- 8-10 mim walk away. Would be fine in summer but not in pouring rain.

Walking distance to station. Lift available. View of river and hills was great. Breakfast very good. Lots of choice - freshly baked cakes, boil your own egg, cheese, ham, bread, pastries. Replenished regularly . Room good size. In room fridge. Safe very small. Art work interesting. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom, as often is the case in Italy, seems to be a bit forgotten. Small, ugly lighting, small shower which makes the entire bathroom wet.

Rooms are quite small with not much space between the walls and the bed. Difficult also to open a big luggage, it need to be placed on the bed.

No where to eat or shop if arriving after 7pm. Like a ghost town.

Very clean and well kept rooms. Very easy check in and plenty of aircon. Situated on the river with great views of the hills if you are on the front side of the hotel.

Parking is a bit of an issue, maybe 8 spots in front of the hotel and for a week they were reserved for busses with Chinese tourists. There's more parking but it's paif parking. However, at the front desk I went to ask and they gave me a free parking permit for a week, the next week was free because apparently paid parking is free in August, so they managed to turn their weakest point in a goof point nonetheless.

Nice location to visit Tuscany from with car, close to center Prato. Close to the station, perfect to visit Firenze. Good breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff.

We spent four nights in this hotel .Very quiet and very clean. The staff very friendly and always with a smile on their lips. I have nothing to complain about. Everything was as it should be. I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Prato.

everything was fine--we were asked if we wanted to have two twins or a double. We asked for the twins and got the double. This was fine but it is hard to see why the hotel asked us.

Fastest internet we have had in Italy in 10 days. Excellent breakfast. Everyone was helpful and nice.

The stairwell carpets, were dirty. The bathroom was dated and needed new showers. Bedroom very small with no where to put anything & poor selection at breakfast.

Location to the old town. The bar was very good & reasonable.

As there was a working taking place in the building façade, I did not feel free to open the window. Small room and bathroom. In the breakfast food was not replaced in a good speed.
