Perfect location, close to subway and to main railway station Rome Termini. Easy check-in procedure, the building was an old historical hotel in the heart of Rome. Some nice bars and pizza shops at the bottom of the block. I had a nice stay.

The hotel is on the third floor while the elevator only goes to the second. The bathroom was tiny and not well organized, very uncomfortable to use.

Incredible location, just a couple of minutes from Roma Termini. Quiet all day. The staff was nice and the entire place was always clean and organized.

The sketchy elevator didn’t always work, and when it did it only went up 2 floors so we had to carry all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

I liked everything with it. Maybe a good idea to change the wallpapers because they are worn out but that didn’t bother me, it was a great hotel.

It was close to the central station. Gaia was extremely nice to me and she helped me a lot. She made the visit good.

Very important!!! On the front door is a sign for another hotel! This hotel is 3rd floor in same building. The shower had so little flow due to being super water saving and half blocked I was unable to wash my hair! It was hard enough rinsing the soap off my body. Breakfast is toast, a packaged croissant and coffee if you can work the machine. The fridge is very hard to access. The amenities were disappointing. Also, my upgraded room with a balcony didn't materialise :(

It was in a perfect location. Air-conditioning was also a big plus because it was really hot, although AC was very loud. For me, there was no problem with hot water and water pressure. Also, the elevator was working.

The breakfast was a bit basic, though the coffee was pretty good. The building is old, so hot water wasn't always available, and the water pressure was very weak. But I think this is standard around this part of Rome. It is also up on the third floor - so while I didn't mind that myself, I can see that being an issue if you have some mobility issue. Also, my room was a little cold at night for some reason, but luckily there was extra blankets.

It's in a very convient location to Termini Station, so it was great if arriving/leaving early or late in the day - and also pretty good for metro and bus access too. The size of my room was decent, I though the price was fine for what I was getting. The staff there were very nice, and texted me details of how to get the hotel and other details on the day I was arriving - that was really appreciated. Also some nice pizza places are around, as well as a nice gelato place! There was some towels and some body wash, which was also good as I didn't pack that much.

- Cleanliness can be improved. There was presence of dust on nooks and corners and in general. Came across a lizard and silverfish. - Elevator was out of order and reached only until the first floor. Had to climb the spiral stairs with suitcases. - Breakfast in my opinion was not a proper one and mostly includes processed foods from the supermarket like cornflakes, packaged croissants, biscuits etc

- Staff went out of the way and made extra arrangements for late night check-in as my flight got delayed. Extra fee was charged however a seamless check in experience was provided. - Nearness to Roma Termini was a plus - Affordable and reasonable choice when you are looking for a place to stay for just a few hours and not the entire day.
