The room was small, and did not match up to the communal areas. The breakfast was adequate, but at 15 Euros, there could have been more choice.

The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Even though it was central, it was quiet. The concierge, Simone, was warm and welcoming. The reception area was very nice and the old-fashioned lift, added a touch of elegance. Parking was very nearby, secure and paid separately. Showergell, soap and shampoo were superb. Water, and juice were free from the minibar.

- the only thing we would improve would be the parking facilities: given the hotel’s rating, they should facilitate parking on the hotel’s premises either in a garage or they should offer the possibility of reserving one of the spots at the entrance; not the biggest deal, we parked in a nearby parking lot which was very secure but not open 24/7 so we couldn’t take the car out in the evening for example - the portable shower head was very small and it took a while for the water to heat up

Nothing! There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly, shoutout to Oksana at the front desk who recommended the most incredible local restaurant and for her efficient service. The breakfast was an impressive spread! The hotel is stunning - the photos online does not do it justice. It is a 5min walk away from the train station and located in a beautiful part of the town. Was sad to leave.

I wish there was a possibility to order something small to eat in the hotel bar.

Rooms are very clean and quiet (street noise is well reduced). We loved the old lift. We also enjoyed the breakfast with focaccia, olives. Personel is very kind and helpful.

While my overall stay at the hotel was exceptional, I did notice that the soundproofing of the rooms wasn't perfect and could potentially be improved to enhance guest comfort even further.

The great hotel with very comfortable room. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks for service in Ukrainian language and very friendly and responsible staff who do really care what they do. The bed was comfortable, heating was great and can be tuned in a way comfortable for you. Everything was super clean. It's worth noting the nearby parking, though it comes at a cost of 18 EUR per 24 hours, but it is worth to use it for a better experience. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The only thing - coffee is for additional charge - not much, but still. During the breakfast the coffee is free though :)

Everything was lovely! Very beautiful hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. There’s a minibar in the room with water and basic drinks for free, which is a nice touch. You can also request the kettle/teas, it will be brought to your room immediately. The stuff was helpful too - they recommended what is worth seeing and which way to start exploring the city. Very welcoming team <3 Their breakfast is totally worth it - good selection of food, everything is tasty and fresh. Location is good, it is not far from the main attractions and we were able to explore the city just by walking - no need for public transport/taxis.

When we were choosing the hotel the information was that they have parking places for car and it id not the case. There is a public paid place nearby but the hotel doesn’t have it ad they inform

In the bathroom the dryer was turned off, although we were told that it turns on automatically three times a day. during our three-day stay it never turned on :(
