The space in the room between the foot of the bed and the wall was really narrow that one had to almost walk sideways. The rest of the room was ok.

I dislike the room furniture (too minimalistic) and the guestroom doors (both the entry and the bathroom) need to be replaced. The bathroom tiles are ugly (pink). Such a facility deserves better.

The location is excellent....breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and cleanliness was top notch. Even though I didn't need it, I liked the idea of ramps for people with special needs.

Location is fantastic. In the heart of the city. Everything is around the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous, variety of choice and everything was very very delicious. The staff was very helpful.

This single room, the bathroom was very small & crowded. While I was able to manage, it would not be suitable for an elderly person or someone with mobility issues.

Great, safe location, easy close walk from train station & to museums, shopping, restaurants etc. Clean, warm rooms, helpful staff.

There was one lady staff of the restaurant who was not accommodating and was unreasonably judgemental.

The hotel is just a few meters from Torino Porta Nuova and metro stops. The main tourist sites can be reached by just walking. There are lots of restaurants or places to eat and there is a big supermarket at the train station. Staff were helpful.

Everything was good. At the reception, Laura was extremely helpful when we needed assistance with site seeing bookings in the city. Location of the historic building in the city centre was very convenient: Good pizza restaurant, coffee shops, main shopping street with excellent shops and the the museum and the 'piazza's are all within walking distance.

Even though there was a little table in the bedroom, there was only one chair when it was a triple bedroom

Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the hotel was ideally located and not too expensive. The breakfast buffet was quite good too.

The double bed was two smaller beds pressed together, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in for my partner and I. It also said in the property that they had air conditioning, but they only have a heater, and it has fixed times when it’s on.

It is very well located, the breakfast selection is amazing, and the staff are wonderful and helpful. We had a bit of an issue with the bath drain and they fixed it right away.

The bathroom shower is very small but this is the only negative!

This hotel was so clean, the staff were all so polite and the location is absolutely perfect! 2 minute walk from the bus stop which takes you directly to the airport. The breakfast was also brilliant; plenty of choice for continental and all fresh!

I think the walls were a little thin, maybe some soundproofing would go a long way especially when the person in the next room decides to sing in the morning.

It's quite central and about 2 minutes walk to the main central station which was quite convenient for me. Further the staff were very polite and the rooms were clean, comfy although minimalistic.
