Quite thin walls. Taking the earplugs at the reception is recommended. Breakfast were nice but bigger selection of e.g. vegetables would be nice.

Not that they can do that much about it, but the bathroom was really crammed, for someone who is on the tall side, the shower was a struggle to get in too. (The entrance to the shower is very small) and the toilet was rather uncomfortable because of that as well.

Amazing location, very convenient next to the Central Station and city center. Lovely old building with lots of beautiful features (the elevator is beautiful!). The staff is very friendly, the breakfast fresh and good. Even had vegan croissants! If you have soy in your diet you can just ask the batista, and they whip you a cappuccino in no time. I was allowed to store my luggage after checkout until it was time to go home. Thank you so much!

The full size bed was actually 2 twin mattresses put together kept separating leaving a space between the 2 mattresses. Shower was to small and cramped how to squeeze in it and I’m not a large person an shower floor slippery needs a Matt so u won’t slip and break your neck.

I cannot think of anything. I enjoyed my stay.

My room was very calm. It was simple, but very clean. Great variety of food for breakfast. The staff are helpful, but most importantly, the hotel is close to everything. The train station, the main magnificent piazzas on via Roma, the hop on hop off, the Royal Palace, restaurants and cafes. I also walked to the impressive Egyptian Museum, the Museum of the Cinema; etc I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends. Great value for money.

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the train station and most if not all the suggested places of interest were in a good walking or bus ride distance. Breakfast was very good, good selection and layout. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and extremely helpful.

Very spartanian single room - small, tiny toilet/bathroom, lack of facilities (like fridge, glasses/cups, bottle opener, etc.), low soundproofing between rooms/hallway/street, trams just 3-4 meter under window. Overpriced. 😞

Upon checking in one of our rooms had a very bad drainage smell, after discussing this with the receptionist and persisting they changed our room

Our room had a small kitchenette built in, but no kettle or any other crockery / appliances to make a cup of tea or coffee. I think the room was undergoing a renovation and will have this available in the future - but we did miss being able to make ourselves something to drink.

very good location close to station and in a good position to explore the city. Nice big bathroom and our room had a lovely view over the courtyard. The breakfast that was included in the price was an added bonus and was very generous indeed with a big variety of food on offer

The rooms facing the streets get loud noises from people walking down the street and the trams running right in front of the hotel. Cigarette smokes came to the rooms when we opened the window to get some air.

The hotel is near and at walkable distance from Turino's Porta Nuova Station and some main attractions in Turino. The hotel looks architecturally beautiful at the lobby and well preserved with antique lift which is tricky to use. The staffs were vey helpful and polite. The rooms were small with small bathroom but good enough for 2 people. The rooms were provided with basic furniture. The breakfast was good and worth the money spent.

Characterful and charming hotel. Loved the lift. Location was just perfect as we arrived by train at P Nuova. It was also the perfect location for getting orientated. Breakfast really good and staff always friendly and helpful.
