My husband and I loved our stay. From the hospitality to the beautiful accommodations it was just what we were looking for. The views of the sea were unreal. Highlights for us included the staff (so kind and helpful), beach location (perfect spot for a swim, catching a boat ride, or laying out on the comfortable lounge chairs), the breakfast (made to order omelettes and poached eggs), and the twice daily cleaning (I was surprised by how much I loved the night time cleaning. It was great to have fresh towels after showering from laying out during the day. We also loved the bedtime water and slippers).

One receptionist was cold. Bar prices ridiculous. Letting people reserve sun beds but hardly using them . Parking charges.

Hotel has a parking place within its premises but still charging an additional parking fee.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Just 5 min walking distance from the Funivia to Taormina.

Bar drinks and wine list way too expensive and service slow. 48 euros for 2 g&t prices people out… it’s a pity as we would have liked dinner. BBQ lunch was 245 euros which was a real shock.

Fantastic position… arrived to a magnificent Easter outside BBQ whilst awaiting our room. Lovely room very well equipped, pillow menu, room service excellent. Front staff great- Francesca so welcoming.

There is a train nearby and although we expected a family room with separated room from the sofa area, it wasn’t possible because otherwise we would be too close to the train. On the day of arrival our phones didn’t work and our soap dispenser wasn’t working. It took too long to fix the phones. That night also the water was cut on all of Taormina so not our luck… Besides all this, the staff was wiling to help and chased up when asked - but I expected this to be ready before us checking-in for a 5 star hotel.

We loved the hotel itself, the beautiful views and the delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Because of its exquisite situation there are lots of steps.

Service and facilities great. During my stay staff discovered it was my birthday and left a delicious birthday cake in our room. Really nice touch.

Only complaint is a loud wedding happening on one of the nights we were having dinner on our terrace, the manager did follow up and even comp'd a dinner which was a very classy move.

Everything was excellent: the service, the room, the location. We would love to come back next time we're in Sicily!

Beautiful hotel set in stunning hillside location. Staff were amazing; super friendly and attentive. Delicious food with plenty of options for all tastes. Extremely comfortable bed with option to choose your own pillow (!)

The rooms can be a bit loud/not soundproof.

Beautiful resort. Away from the town, but we would rather stay on the water away from the tourists. It is the best hotel on the water in my opinion. It is a few minutes walk to the tram into town. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to make sure everything is great. Walter even had breakfast boxes for us when we left at 4am! The breakfast was also really good.
