The address in booking was wrong and brought us to back door of the Hotel which used by staff and not for guests. it took nearly 20 minutes to locate the hotel due to incorrect directions and a small sign on a one-way road.(Road too dark at night) The sign was also positioned on the opposite side of the road, making it difficult to spot. the air conditioning was not operational because i was told the hotel only turns it on starting June 1st, despite the temperature being around 29°C, which was quite uncomfortable. At the private beach, We couldn't use the umbrellas and sunbeds for free because they said you book the hotel in booking.com , that was also interesting 🤔🧐

The hotel is excellent and offers a very pleasant stay : The breakfast is delicious The pool is lovely, and the reception staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

Dinner at the hotel"s Rapanui restaurant. Better to eat somewhere else.

We spent only one night in the hotel. It was very quiet because the hotel was a little busy due to the low season. The room is big and clean, the staff is friendly. Breakfast is basic with sweet and some salty dishes.

The noise- the school trips visiting (one was perfect one slammed doors and shouted at each other until 5am).

Lovely hotel, room was large and airy. Pool lovely and not busy. Good breakfast. Restaurant on site was very good. Perfect for the beach and good location for drive to Etna and along the coast

The area is quite unpleasant but that's really not hotel's fault. The cleaning was not the best, but not bad either. We were hoping that a 4 stars hotel would wait its guests with at least a bottle of water if not a treat and would provide at least slippers. That was not the case.

Decent breakfast, room was large and had a nice balcony which enabled us to see the fireworks in the New Year's Eve. The heating of the room was functional which is really a plus on the island. The water on the shower was very good. Parking that can accommodate plenty of cars. The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived 2 hours before midnight on 31 of Dec. The lady at the desk read my mind and before even saying something she assumed we are hungry from the road so she quickly call her colleagues from the restaurant to ask if they can provide something to us outside of the fixed menu which the restaurant was giving to its guests. The restaurant received us and the food was served super quickly and was excellent. We really appreciate their efforts.

The hotel was a little bit out of town and on one night the restaurant was reduced to pizza only service , which was a minor let down .

The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with chairs . A good breakfast was served and the hotel had it's own restaurant and bar .

The bedroom was not especially big and the bathroom was cramped. The outside of the hotel buildings and the frontage on the road needs urgent attention because neither reflects the quality of the interior. Mascali is not a particularly attractive area and although the beach was ok and nearby restaurants were of a reasonable quality the whole area is in need of a good facelift especially from property owners who seem to not keep property exteriors in a decent state of repair.

The whole hotel was wonderfully clean and kept so daily. The pool area was immaculate and the pool itself was the cleanest that I have ever experienced and was a very good size. The dining area was very well presented as was reception. Every member of staff was very pleasant and helpful and very efficient.

The beach is rocky you need aqua shoes to enjoy some part of the beach. Minimum parking but accessible.

The room are confortable, the location is perfect close to beach, and great view. If you wake up early you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the beach and a relax walk. There many restaurants around the area. The staff at breakfast restaurant was attentive and friendly, they have everything clean and in order.

The air-conditioning in our room never worked properly. We were at one end of a corridor and I don't think the coolant liquid quite reached our room (number 142). Not the fault of the Hotel (which was immaculate) but the surrounding area and roads have a lot of rubbish about, and some roads were in a very bad state of repair. So the Hotel and Lido were an oasis of quality in an otherwise somewhat depressing area.

Superb pool with plenty of sun loungers. Quite large room with a balcony with views of the garden and Etna. Secure parking. Well placed for trips to Taormina and the Gole dell'Alcantara. Very nice Lido on the beach adjacent to the hotel which did good lunches and ice cream.

We had to pay for sunbeds on the private beach. When we checked out, we wanted to stay next to the pool until our flight, but they said we could only stay if we pay around 18 euros. Normally these services are available on the day of checkout. The neighbourhood around the hotel is awfully dirty and full of trash. The railway station is very far away and theres no public transport available in a walking distance. Also not a lot of shops nearby.

The room was nice and clean. We had a very good view to Etna from the hotel. The beach bar was good price and there were very friendly staff. The beach is clean and beautiful. There were water activities in the pool.

The cars sometimes driving in front of your room terrace, sharing the same footpath to entrance. Isn't easy to come with the public transport.

Hotel is in nice place with a view to volcano. Have a big pool and close to the pebble beach other side of the street. Good rooms, nice shower tiles, everything working and clean. Beautiful garden with fruits. Restaurant food delicious, good service. Could order Etna region wine, friendly prices.

The local area was full of rubbish and litter, loads of torn bags of refuse were just dumped by the road. Such a shame. The bed covers were a bit old and tatty and the children found their mattresses springy.

We loved the amazing pool which was kept really clean, and the views of Mount Etna. There were plenty of loungers and seating areas and the food was gorgeous! The hotel gardens were really pretty too. We also liked the bar, the restaurant and the friendly, helpful staff! They were so kind. The hotel has a beach lido where you can get a great selection of food and drink during the day. Our room was cleaned daily and was very spacious for a family of four. WiFi was strong and the kids appreciated being able to log onto Netflix. Breakfast was included - there was a nice selection to choose from, and a cheeky espresso if you asked the staff nicely rather than coffee from the machine. There were restaurants within walking distance in Riposto and Fondacello.
