Excellent location 5 minutes walk to St Mark & all attractions great staff service , very clean bathroom & linens and easy to commute by water bus & taxi service just in front of the hotel . Excellent value for what you pay for .

Walls are very thin so you can hear conversations in the rooms, one night we were kept awake slightly by our neighbour coughing

A great experience from start to finish. We stayed in the superior canal view double which was a decent size. The location and view was excellent and we felt this made the hotel value for money. We loved having breakfast with the balcony doors open. The breakfast was a reasonable continental one which we enjoyed. The staff were just lovely and so helpful especially when we were having difficulties with our water taxi transfer. This is a 3 star hotel so it’s not luxurious but it’s clean and comfortable in a fabulous location and we would definitely return.

Located right on the edge of the Lagoon, this property is within walking distance to San Marco Square and is convenient to water transportation to both the airport and ACTV transportation (water). There are wonderful restaurants nearby and outstanding shopping. The rooms were small, as most rooms in Venice are, but beautifully appointed with great linens and towels. Breakfast includes homemade pancakes and croissants and is superb and brought directly to your room. Staff is helpful and polite.

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with the view on the Grand canal from our room was amazing. San Marco, water bus, restaurants - all you need right there.

Easy to find and right on the grand canal. Great home base for exploring Venice as so many shops and restaurants are on your door step. Room was a great size and bed was very comfortable

One couch is wearing a bit but overall the hotel has a typical Venetian style and things are harder to replace in this area. If you want everything white and purchased from IKEA, this isn't the place for you.

We will definitely be back! We loved the added charm of our room and balcony. What a great space and perfect location!! We loved being so close to EVERYTHING! The room was large and had a big bath and kitchenette with full sitting area. We spent alot of time on the balcony just taking in the boats and people. Breakfast was amazing! Loved it!

Everything was perfect!

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Looking over the canal. Great location within walking distance to every sightseeing in Venice. Perfect to rest and then go out again . Loved breakfast every morning in bed! Highly recommend!
