I didn't gave a 10 only because there was not a dishwasher and washing machine. They didn't advertise that it was in the houses so this is our fault.

We have rented 2 commodities for 2 families. The houses had enough space and they were clean. The host Andrea is very kind and you can ask her anything.

I missed a toaster. I feel bad to turn on the oven to heat up the bread but that is not other way to do that.

It was a quiet place as I expected. The manager was a kind person. The lady who seems to oversee the property came over to my apartment to tell me I forget the alert light on. The apartment has an old style decoration that made me remind of my grandmother. I really liked it. The linen on top of the table and dresser where pristine cleaned and iron pressed. Towels and sheets were very clean. We had a snow shower and before I stepped out of the house it was mostly shoveled. Great Job!

Tricky without a car as, although there is a bus stop, the schedule has infrequent service and the accommodation provides no kitchen condiments so everything must be brought with you.

Comfortable accomodation with good facilities, a lovely setting and proximity to the town. Lovely hosts.

A number of apartments on the site and the owner was always looking/checking on our movements as whenever we went out of the door she seemed to be there!! Was over friendly perhaps?

Location was some way out of Aosta so needed the car. Met by a very nice agency lady who was very helpful. Good location to get into the Alps with views of snow capped peaks from the gardens.

Our house (Nr. 5) was directly on a busy street and loud with open windows or in the garden.

Good location and spacious house, clean and full equiped. Confy beds. The host is quickly responsive if you have any question. The garden and the furniture outside can be used by guests. If you arrive in the low season the heating and the house was empty could take a little to warmth the house. Parking in front of the house.

I feel as if we were robbed. As a small business, they were very unflexible towards the mistake made accidentally while booking. We were on the way to Aosta and accidentally we booked an apartment on the wrong date, one day later than we needed. I contacted the owners at once I noticed by email, SMS, and phone so they would not lose a chance to get new clients. Nevertheless, I could not get in touch directly with the owner, no attempt to have a dialogue and there was no refund granted. Never happened before a situation like this occurred with small businesses. So we paid for the service we did not receive. I would not recommend this place because of the poor attitude of the owner.

- we had to leave our bikes in the car, because we’re not allowed to bring bikes in the apartment, and they didn’t offer a space where we could leave the bikes even though it says on their site they offer a place to keep bikes - the lady was not very nice. Granted she didn’t speak English, and we don’t speak Italian, but she actually rolled her eyes when we tried to communicate with her, and she only smiled at us when we left

The pictures suggest that the property is surrounded by nature, which really is not the case. There are two very busy roads next to the buildings... The appartment was very dark and everything was quite old. It was incredibly hot in the bedroom, which made it impossible to sleep. Opening a window was not really an option since we were on the ground floor and because of the two busy roads. I called the property on arrival, since nobody was around. The girl on the phone could have been more friendly.

The living space for 6 people was a bit small but we were staying in another apartment in the past and the living space was very good size, so maybe it’s just a case of asking for a different apartment.

Clean and spacious bedrooms and bathroom. very friendly and helpful staff, they let us check in much earlier without charge as we arrived in the morning after a long night drive from London with two young kids. Location was good, 5 mins from the cable cars to take you to the slopes and 5 mins drive to Aosta town center. The bus stop is right opposite which is handy if you don’t have a car.
