Noise from traffic along street however not too bad late at night. Music from bar next door could be heard until 1230 am! No real sound proofing in room.

Bear in mind that if you have a lake-view room, you'll also have the traffic noise.

The breakfast was fantastic (the best we had in our 12-day stay in Italy), the staff was super welcoming, the location was perfect, there's a cute retro vibe, everything was very clean, there were generous with towels and toilet paper. Tell the staff in advance if you have any food intolerance, and don't miss the view from the rooftop.

It was quite warm when we stayed but unfortunately the aircon was not turned on. There were a few dead mosquitoes in the ceiling above the bed - it would have been good if they were removed. Also, through no fault of the hotel there was a very noisy bar next door.

Great location with fantastic views across the lake. The staff were really friendly. Good breakfast options.

The bathroom was up a level and the toilet and shower were very close together.

The location was good, not right in the centre so nice and quiet but close to the beach and easy walking distance to the ferry port, shops and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best - everything you could want with a lakeside view. It is not far from the train station but a steep downhill there and uphill back so I chose a taxi, which was inexpensive and the hotel are happy to arrange this for you. The room was clean and comfortable.

The top of the closet, where I put my head gear, was a bit dusty. But it was a high closet and I’m tall (2 meters).

The staff, Giovanna, Cristina and Giuseppe were very kind and accommodating. Spoke very well English and Italian of course. Always ready to help or to chat and asking how we were doing. Super comfortable beds, perfect air conditioned room temp. Small but very nice bathroom and great shower pressure. Breakfast was Ottimo!

The AC in one of our rooms didn't function very well.

The staff at the hotel were so kind and welcoming! When we arrived she pulled out a few maps and circled destinations, restaurant recommendations, and explained the ferry schedule, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel itself is a bit on the older side, but the staff and their kindness, plus the excellent location, make up for it, especially because we only stayed one night.

The location was fab: at the lake, a seconds from the promenade, only a couple of mins from restaurants. 10 min walk along promenade to ferry from where we took lots of trips to other beautiful lakeside towns. Staff really helpful - called taxis for us, charged my phone & breakfadt was very good. Nice terrace overlooking lake on top floor- had sunloungers on it

Negative point - no balcony in our room or any existing facility to dry your towels/swimsuits however the hotel staff changed the towels daily so that helped

Positive points - amazing & very friendly hotel staff - beach just in front of the hotel - cleaning everyday if you wanted - we did not need that though and just used the sign to skip cleaning

Cristina and Giuseppe were so helpful, really excellent customer service. I had a small room at the back which had everything I needed, and I could use the roof terrace to enjoy the lake view. The breakfast was fabulous. Perfect situation by the lake. Plenty of lively nightlife nearby.

Room was a bit outdated, the electrical outlets were old, would have needed adapters to use them. Needed to ask a refill for shower soap. The parking lot was really small.

Friendly and responsive staff! The hotel is right next to the lake Garda. Good for a one night stay.
