if you are looking to be immersed in the old city, this is the place. it is small, quaint hotel in the middle of it all with a lovely balcony to watch the market below. It is clean, the staff are gracious and kind and most of all you will find that you don’t want to leave. Bellissimo!!!

Accessibility is quite hard if you go with baby stroller for example, because of stairs at the entrance.

The location is perfect, very central. Rooms are also nice, comfy beds, very clean. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic location in the centre of Verona. Breakfast terrace overlooks square. Perfect for an Aperol before dinner. Amazing choice at breakfast.

there was a “ convention “ on, and the piazza was very busy til late on, usually 3 in the morning, and it was noisy at times.

so central for everything, staff so friendly and nothing too much trouble. the room we had had it’s own balcony overlooking the piazza. perfect!

We could only book 4 nights of our 7 night holiday because they were fully booked for the last 3. So leaving was a wrench. I’m not surprised that they are so busy. There is no lift from the ground floor to reception but there is a lift from reception to all of the bedroom floors. A little challenging with a heavy suitcase but at least it’s only one floor.

The location was perfect, being in a corner of Piazza del Erbe. The balcony was a fabulous place to have breakfast or a drink overlooking the piazza. The staff were welcoming. It really is a family run hotel with a lovely atmosphere rather than a bland corporate. There was a good Breakfast included in the price. Our room was very clean with a recently refurbished bathroom. Plenty of excellent dining options near by. Spending time on the balcony we chatted with other guests from different nations which was fun.

The location was amazing directly in the center. I love old fashion independent hotels feel. The breakfast on the terrace was awsome wathing the flee market and the clock tower with every breakfast.

We had a mix up with the payment which meant we paid slightly more than we were quoted. We never found out whether this was the fault of booking.com or the hotel as booking.com never replied but I would suggest paying at the hotel if you can to avoid these extra charges.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aurora. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. The location was just excellent; you walk out right into the bustling heart of the old city. Staff were also really helpful and gave us recommendations - we tried one restaurant suggested and the food was delicious.

the terrace with a view over the beautiful central square was superb, as was the breakfast we enjoyed there. the location is also ideal. the receptionists were really helpful and friendly and gave us great restaurant tips.

This place was an amazing last minute find! The hotel was so accommodating and welcoming. we felt right at home and that we could ask for anything we needed. It is perfectly located on a hidden gem of a square, not far from juliet’s house. Food and bars around are all lovely and will definitely stay here again.
