The location was right on the beach and very quiet. The sunset amazing! I loved listening to the waves all night long. I didn’t have any mode of transport but it was easy by bus from the port and a short walk. I ate a good lunch out and bought cheese, fruit, bread for supper. Alberto was a great host, very helpful, cheery and accommodating.

Maybe the smell in the bathroom, but it's not so important

Great location a few meters from the sea! Provided with all the essentials for beach living, a bottle opener and coffee maker 😉 The place is quiet, far from the tourists yet walking distance to supermarkets. It's more like a kind of wild beach. Atmospheric and perfect for introverts. We were lucky to have wonderful friendly Italian neighbours, optimistic in any weather 🙂 Alberto, the host, is nice and always happy to make you his best espresso! Highly recommend!

The most positive point is undoubtedly being by the sea! The flats were spacious and had everything needed to spend a night. It's a bit far from the centre but it's worth listening to the sound of the waves. There is also a bus that passes close to the accommodation.

The room was clean and cozy. It is very close to the beach so you can you hear the waves at night. The view from the location is very beautiful. The host was very kind to leave us coffee in our kitchen.

is 500meters from top of the road uphill to the bus stop. we were ok with this but May be an effort for some people.

Nothing I didn't like

I liked how close the apartment was to the beach and sea, beautiful views. Was nice to sit out and eat meals on the balcony. Also it was nice to be able to have window open and listen to sea waves all night, was so relaxing. Lovely location, I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect location right on the beach. The owner was super helpful, there was issues with our aircon and he went out of his way to compensate. The place is also very easy to get to via the free bus from the port and within walking distance to multiple restaurants, super markets and is less than a minute from the beach; they even provide beach chairs!

Room #38 is next to another unit that has easy noise transfer. However, the adults in the other room went to bed at a reasonable hour too so though we noticed laughing in the early evening, it was dead silence for sleeping! …. well… except for the ocean waves in the distance! :) Next time I will upgrade to a room with a better kitchen option. I recommend it if you plan on cooking. Nothing wrong with our space at all, so this is not to discourage anyone, it’s simply a suggestion if you plan to cook a lot. We made our breakfasts & lunches.

Loved the location! Great beach and quiet location. Fantastic restaurant for dinner up the road. Grocery store within 10-15min walk. Ocean access. The beds were very comfortable! I’m a back sleeper and prefer a firmer mattress. Expresso provided by Host in the morning. Alberto is wonderful and helpful with the island suggestions.

Not much around , but Taxis are available to take you to the other built up areas.

Great location, worth getting the sea view apartments. Alberto was extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Lovely soft towels and comfy bed. Beautiful sunset and right on the beach. little kitchen with utensils and cookware.

nothing to dislike really, but be aware that the location is great for beach/seaside and nature while it’s slightly further away from cafes and restaurants.

super nice location at the seaside, apartment is really great and has easily enough space for 1-2 travelers. host was super nice and everything was organized perfectly for contactless check in and check out. host had really good recommendations for lunch and dinner and was very committed and helpful.

Alberto was a very easy-going host that made sure we were comfortable in our stay. The location, while being a fair distance away from the town centre of Procida, was really amazing. You are almost sleeping right on the beach and we went to sleep to the sound of the waves. The beach is also nice and good for swimming, though it is not marked as a standard beach (with umbrellas, lounges and a netted off area). Also saw a great sunset here and have a nice view of Ischia in the distance.
