The house was extremely clean, and Serena was extremely nice. The best host I have ever had that is not a question. The location and the view from the balcony was amazing, calm and recharging for the mountains.

It's a small thing and it didn't bother us, but it's important to pay attention. During the booking process, it was not clear that the rooms were in a shared house. I also missed it in Serena's letter in which she informed us that we would get 2 rooms in the property. I thought it was like a small hotel. Although we had privacy, because we were alone, a situation could arise where we would share a shower and toilet with strangers. You should pay attention when ordering whether it is suitable.

Serena's generous hospitality is beyond anything you have ever known. Crazy rich breakfast. Personal treatment and care - she hosts like a family member. The property is wonderfully maintained. Very clean! Everything is preserved and very beautiful. Good strong WiFi. The location of the property is excellent, and there are lots of parking spaces nearby. Restaurants and shops in the closest vicinity. And of course the village Villa Santina, like the others around, beautiful! There is an amazing cat at home. My children loved him very much. My little son received treats from Sarana and loved her very much. He even wanted to stay with her for a while to help with the hospitality. Thank you very much, dear Serena.

Amazing cosy B&B with the sweetest and kindnest host Serena ever. Everything was totally wonderful, breakfast was served on the garden and was fabulous. Totally recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were a bit surprised to share the property with the host and their family, as that was not stated in the description.

Breakfast was exceptional, with various local delicacies which you can choose from. Garden was available for use with a lot of toys for young children. The host was very accommodating, helpful and ready to answer any questions.

This was the most amazing place where we stayed so far. The host is just amazing, helped with everything and she is very kind. We couldn't wish anything more. The room was extraordinary, so much better than we expected. We loved also the cat. :) If we go back to this area later, we will definately stay here again.

everything was great from the moment we arrived, Serina was very welcoming and made us comfortable. The restaurant she recommended was fantastic. The bed and linen were super. Coffee machines also super.

Very welcoming Family! The rooms are clean, the mattress is comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need. We enjoyed breakfast in the garden, we had fruits, yogurt, croissant, homemade strudel, regional pastries, ham, cheese and of course coffee. It was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely visit again.
