This is an exceptional accommodation. The host Francis is very good and thoughtful. He answered queries that we have before we arrived and gave us direction how to go to his property. The accommodation is very clean with simple but lovely decor. Bathroom is good size. It is in quiet neighborhood with some lovely restaurants just around the corner. 10 mins walk from the Porta Nuova. Most attractions are within walking distances. Highly recommended!

There was nothing we didn't like but it would be even more fabulous if there had been some comfortable seating in the apartment or more pillows / cushions on the bed... And more extensive cooking utensils ( the kitchenette was great, with microwave, hob, pans, crockery and cutlery ... just a shortage of food prep tools 🙂)

The apartment was just as described, very nicely decorated, clean and tidy. It's convenient for the train station and city centre but is secluded and quiet. We found it very peaceful after our days exploring the city. And the bed / mattress was comfortable and good quality. The host was very helpful and flexible, happy to welcome us despite our late arrival following train cancellations.

This is one of the nicest B&B l ever stayed. It ticks all the boxes. It’s super clean, spacious, comfortable and cosy. I loved how the room has been decorated and it has everything you need. There is even a little corner to cook with kettle, a coffee machine, cutlery etc…coffee, tea, sugar and some biscuits were also provided. Marco is very friendly and welcoming and patient…, l changed my arrival times at least 5 times. The location is also perfect, just 10 minutes walk from the train station and surrounded by cool cafes and restaurants. I was also able to leave my luggage there and pick it up later in the day which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this B&B and l can’t wait for my next stay :)

I have some issues to sleep and found the walls too thin. I could hear perfectly the neighbour snoring at night and since 8am there was quite noise from the above and next neighbours.

Francesco is a great host. The communication was very easy and he takes care of every detail. The apartment was spotless and with everything that you need to have a wonderful stay. I will miss this cozy studio!!

Quiet and convenient room in a lovely corner of town. Very clean, and there was even tea and coffee and a little kitchenette! Toilet and bathroom separate which is handy. The host was very friendly and accommodating and happy to make changes to our room (we had accidentally booked a double bed, but needed to singles).

We loved everything about our stay at Ca'Cita and especially the provision of an extra bed. It was also wonderful being able to cook a meal 'at home'. We especially liked the little decorative touches....the Ep's behind the wall lights and the colour's and the cotton curtains.

The fluffy string things that hang in the doorway to the shower were unpleasant to walk through.

The location was excellent for nice restaurants. The room had all the facilities we needed and was very clean. The owner was very helpful and pointed out good places to eat around the apartment.
