The room was clean and everything was ready for our arrival. We came late in the evening so we were sent a video with instructions on how to access the room. It was very helpful and we appreciate it. I would recommend staying here.

Everyone from the family was really respectful and nice. Even though we arrived later than the check in time (due to closed roads) Veronica’s father welcomed us with a warm smile. After a long day it immediately made our evening better. They were helpful when we wanted to use the common kitchen (that is by the way really well equipped). The building itself is close to the most beautiful beach of the town, yet it is isolated from the noises of the streets. There is full silence. We stayed for 2 nights but we will book there if we ever visit Sardinia again (and I hope we will) We want to say a huuuge thank you for the hosts! It was a really good experience!

we have stayed 2 nights in this B&B and we just love it! Super comfy and clean room and bathroom, a great balcony to enjoy the evenings and a super good and complete breakfast (fresh bread and croissants were a super plus, thanks!!) The host was super friendly and in the room you will also find all the info you need to enjoy Arbatax (including what to visit and where to eat)! totally recommend it and for sure will choose it again if coming back to Sardinia!

Our best flat while travelling in Sardinia. The lovely Veronica provided all the information possible, besides the clean smelling cosy flat, chilled drinks, fruit and sweet snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. We will definitely start our next trip to Sardinia by booking this place.

Only 3 Minutes walk to the closest beach, short distance to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and everything perfectly clean. Very nice and helpful staff :)

We had book on "Breakfast Included" basis through Booking.com but we found out the next moring that breakfast was in a drawer in our room. This was not what we expected and the host did subsequently added cheese, ham, and milk to the fridge in our room for us.

The property is in a quiet area. It was clean and comfortable.

The outdoor facilicites could have been better, specifically, the outdoor kitchen lacked some basic elements. The entrance to the rooms could have been marked more clearly as we had troubles finding them.

price a bit too high for what you get: even if the apartment is really nice you can see it is a bit old and would need some "modernization". However, we stayed here in the most expensive week of the year :)

The staff was really nice and always available for us. The apartments are located a 5 minutes walk from Arabatax port and very close to Tortoli's city center and beaches. We booked 2 rooms with a beautiful terrace to relax and dry our beach towels! Breakfast was really nice and fresh :)
