This property was absolutely pristine! The minute you arrive you feel overwhelmed with comfort and relaxation. The rooms and common areas are beautiful. The owners and staff were beyond accommodating and friendly. This place is a must stay.

Everything : the room is very nice, well furnished and confortable, breakfasts are amazing, the location is perfect - right in the middle of everything, and Lara is very welcoming and helpful. I strongly recommend !

Many would complain about climbing steps to the 3rd floor but I did not find this a problem. I looked at it as good exercise and working off the yummy gelato located too conveniently right around the corner!

The property is beautiful, room spacious, delicious breakfast in an amazing setting every morning. Lara included many extras including robes, slippers, face masks, bath salts, bottled water. Lara was really helpful with directions to the property and recommendations for transportation. She, her husband and breakfast assistant were all really friendly and welcoming! I would book my next visit around availability at her property! Location was close enough to walk to everything and felt very safe.

The place was wonderful. The staff especially Lara who helped guide us with maps , using the water taxis was a God send. She knew everything and more. Breakfast was made every day. There was always little snacks or candies there. We ate at her restaurant ,where the homemade pasta was excellent . My wife being Italian and a real cook loved the food there .We would come back as soon as possible!!!! great job. Listen to her she knows !!!!!

Great location near the Ca'Rezzonico. Lovely property with comfortable updated rooms. We had a charming view of a side canal. Host was wonderful, welcoming us and getting us oriented to the B&B and to Venice. Very much enjoyed our daily breakfasts on the balcony.

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful, and went out of their way to help us find local events. The location is excellent and easy to get to. The rooms are large and beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and kind (and funny). You won't regret anything about your stay (except having to leave!).

There’s nothing I didn’t like this B&B is amazing and I don’t think I need to say anything more. Will definitely be recommending this location to my family and friends.

This is definitely the best B&B I have or will ever stay at and I would definitely stay at this location again as it’s not that far from St. Marks Square. The breakfast is amazing and the timings for breakfast are great too. I would highly recommend their croissants with the scrambled eggs! So beautiful!. If you are leaving the B&B early to explore Venice the staff will make you a little breakfast bag. (We never had that but it’s so good how they do that.) The staff are amazing and if you ever need to speak to them they have a restaurant around the corner and are always there to help. Our room was cleaned everyday we were there which was amazing! Hot tub was so cool and bath salts were provided.

The location of the B&B was perfect, on a beautiful square where several movies have been filmed. We enjoyed the gelato place a few steps from the entry pathway. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the public boat taxi that runs up and down the grand canal. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Lara, Angela and staff will assist with any need, including transfer from airport. There is a great little place for drinks and snacks located nearby, across the canal from the squero, so you can watch the workers repair gondolas.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful, handy location. Very luxuriously decorated….the spa Bath in our room was heavenly. Air conditioning and comfortable in the heat. Communication from host was exceptional and so helpful during our stay.

There was nothing not to like.

So much thought, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent hospitality has been put into this place and the experience provided to guests. The room was spacious and clean, with thoughtful touches to make things more comfortable. The staff were wonderful, kind consummate hosts. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is perfect - you can walk to anything but you’re away from the crowds and the most touristic parts of Venice. Thank you to Lara and the team for a perfect stay.

Stunning property. Room was very clean & beautiful over looking the canals. Great location! Breakfast was amazing the staff went above and beyond.
