The apartment is simply perfect, spotless clean, in a very convenient, quiet and pleasant location, just at a few yards from the spa! The owners Antonella and Maurizio are the best hosts you can find! They really want to make your stay as great as possible! My mum and I felt very spoiled and looked after! The best and most honest reviews. Let's start with the fact that the hosts are very kind and caring people. Our family had an accident on the last day of our stay, they called for medical help, helped to communicate with the doctors and even offered to stay for the night for free. Sincere thanks to you. Towels were clean but could be refreshed.

Friendly and responsive host, we had a few issues with wifi connection when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed. Spacious apartment with a bedroom which has AC and comfortable bed, another room with TV and sofa, and a living room with kitchen. As a breakfast we got some food in a fridge from the host which included: eggs, sausages, bacon, milk, a few tomatoes, butter, jam, a few packs of cheese and water. Also, there were some small snacks and a tasty honey as a gift. The parking option is only on the street. The apartment has a washing machine it was a big plus for us. Surroundings are great - a lot of thermal baths and pools, especially, in Montecatini Terme town which is easily accessible by car.

We liked the owners' family: friendly, open, hospitable, helpful in every way. Both Christian and Matthias did a great job in facilitating the communication and solving any possible issue. The apartment is well-designed and comfortable for long stay. The location is peaceful, it's the dead-end, so there is no traffic noise of any sort. Antonella, the hostess, is caring and always ready to help. Maurizio, the host, is good-humoured and welcomes the visitors. The garden around the house is very pleasant. Overall, it's a well-kept household.

I’ll tell you in order as it is, it will be very informative for future travelers. 1. The apartments are quite dirty and if you are staying for more than one night, you will have to clean them yourself to feel comfortable. 2. For 9 nights, our bed sheets were never changed, and the apartments were never cleaned. 3. We only got clean towels on the 7th night. 4. Breakfasts can hardly be called breakfasts; it’s better not to give them at all, since what you get is cheap from a cheap supermarket. 5. We had to ask for everything, since the owners were isolated from the guests. Conclusion: If the owners keep the room clean, be hospitable, replenish the refrigerator with the promised normal products and regularly, change bedding and towels if people live for a long time, then everything will be fine. But unfortunately, my review of this kind is not the first. Read the reviews below. Thanks to all!

Quite spacious devices. There are thermal baths nearby if you need them. Convenient location for viewing Florence, Pisa, Lucca. Availability of a kitchen for cooking.

The house was not enough clean. It had a strange smell when you came inside the house. The view you have from the house is the parking. When i booked i thought that i had view the garden! And finally it has a lot spider and bugs inside the house.

The owner was very helpful and tried to make us feel as much comfortable. The breakfast was very good (bacon,honey, sausage, yogurt, croissant and a lot more)
