Great place to stay, wonderful service, you get a personal approach from the minute you make the booking, we were offered a reasonably priced lift from the airport which we accepted. The rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable, the location is superb, breakfast is had from a little cafe just outside with the best view you can get of the Colosseum. Highly recommended.

The hotel was ideally situated just around the corner from the Colosseum. Just a short walk away if you are doing a Colosseum tour. It is also near the Colosseum stop for the Hop On Hop Off tourist buses. The 360degree views from the rooftop terrace are amazing. The hotel is very close to many eating places. Just walk out your front door and you are spoilt for choice. Even though the hotel is close to many amenities, the room is very quiet. Our room was very generous in size. It easily accommodated a couple with large suitcases. The coffee machine was a much appreciated extra. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

Well located very close to the Colosseum. Room comfortable and reasonable size compared to others in the area. Lovely comfortable bed and room clean. Awesome rooftop terrace that we nearly missed but were encouraged to visit - it's a must!

Perfect location, a few minuets walk from the Colosseum and in walking distance of most of Romes attractions. Breakfast was very nice, served at Opio cafe overlooking the Colosseum. Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room. Rossana and Christopher were very welcoming and extremely helpful, booking a taxi transfer from the airport for us and recommending restaurants. Would definitely stay again if in Rome.

Right next to colosseum. The view is breathtaking. Fantastic location and very clean accommodation. Host Cristopher ensured our stay was safe and enjoyable throughout. He was understanding, helpful and his recommendations has made our entire Rome stay so easy and comfortable.

Everything was perfect, I really recommend. Great location, clean rooms, very nice people at the reception, a big plus for the large bed, balcony and terrace on the roof of the building, close to every monument, restaurant and public transport.

The location was absolutely perfect, literally next to the Colosseum! The room was very clean and cosy, I really liked that we could fully black out the lights with the window shutters! There was an elevator to the place which was very pleasant! The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything! Absolutely recommend! :)

Breakfast is provided by a café next door and will only provided a limited choice from the menu which varied from day to day.

As for the location the name says it all. The building is behind the one facing the Colosseum but the window in our room are on the side and allows views of the Colosseum. This is a great base to explore Rome. Don't judge a book by it's cover, on arrival I was concerned about the booking from outside but once we were in our room we were more than happy. This site also has a very small elevator which was fun. A special call out to the reception staff as they were always friendly and helpful.
