The host, Mauro, was truly great, and very warm. Helped us with everything since before we arrived and up to the moment we left. He makes every effort to anticipate your needs. He also took us to the port when we left, and wanted to pick us up when we arrived (but we didn't see it in time). We took a bus for 10minutes from the port, and then climbed the streets for 800m. Easy to find. Mauro explained the busses and gave us a map of the island. The breakfast he provides is a beautiful experience, you should ALWAYS have his breakfast. He makes a great arrangement at a time of your choosing, and the view when you serve it is great. Bonus for cat lovers: there are a few cats on the property and they will brighten your experience even more. Rooms are perfect. Clean, well-arranged, cozy. Bathroom as well. Nothing else to say, they are everything you need. The whole experience is beautiful, and Mauro is there to always help and make suggestions. The first night he drove us to a restaurant he reccomended, Pizzeria Del Corso. It was a great meal and service. When we left, he gave us a box of delicious buscuits for the trip before driving us to the port. Everything is perfectly accessible by walking and bus, but Mauro makes an effort to help drive us down. Lots of beautiful places to visit on the island too, so plan a longer stay if you can.

Good Location. Beautiful Scenery from the yard outside the room. Room is very clean with good facilities. The most important is: Mauro is a really nice and friendly host. He helps plan our journey in the beautiful island, give my girlfriend the medicine she needs when her stomach doesn't feel good, drive us to the port and even give us a gift when we left. He is kind host and friend. If we come back to Ischia later, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

We couldn't have been happier!

Coralba is a truly wonderful place with kind and attentive hosts, a gorgeous view of the sea, and very clean rooms. We stayed here for a week, including my girlfriend's birthday, and we were so glad that we did. Mauro and Antonio were always helpful with various recommendations and bookings, and the breakfasts with a view were a great way to start the day! One tip for future guests is to listen carefully when they explain the shortcuts for walking to and from town - they make the route a lot shorter and more pleasant! Thanks for an amazing week, Mauro and Antonio!

I would offer a scooter service in summer included in the (maybe a bit higher) total price. Especially with the heat, it takes some time to walk up and down to the village to get some groceries (about 15 min).

Very beautiful place with an amazing view. The guesthouse is located on a hill, so I would recommend you to rent a scooter or car. The rooms are cozy, with enough space to store your clothes/luggage/etc. Your room is cleaned every day, this is done whenever you are gone: the staff comes in to clean, so you are not woken up by the cleaning staff like in hotels. Breakfast is very flexible, it is brought to you whenever you want. The host will provide you with all the information you need for the island, will arrange a scooter for you if you decide to rent one and will offer to pick you up if you are in difficulty somewhere on the island. On the last day, the host left us a goodbye-gift. A great experience!

Nothing - it was all perfect. Be aware that the accommodations are not fancy, high-level decor - but very comfortable!

Without question, the proprietor, Mauro, was the highlight of the visit. He was attentive, anticipated needs, made excellent recommendations (restaurants, wine shop, ferry details, etc.) and was clearly committed to his guests having an excellent experience. And, he's a genuinely nice guy! One example of outstanding service: my son had gotten olive oil/balsamic all over his shirt at dinner, so we tried to treat the stains with some powder (to pull the oil). We left the shirt on the bed. When we returned, we found the shirt clean - no sign of the stains - and pressed, hanging on the bed frame for us!!! We had not mentioned it to Mauro, but he took the initiative to clean it - that is really above and beyond, but I think it's pretty second-nature for Mauro. The breakfast was nice and the view was outstanding. Mauro also took us to the ferry for a day trip to Procida and he helped us with parking the car (it was a tight space and our car was larger than expected). Our only regret - we did not get a photo with Mauro!

Guesthouse Coralba was a perfect experience. The location was excellent, the room very clean and comfortable, and Mauro was one of the best hosts we have ever encountered. He picked us up from the Casamicciola Port, and even took us for a little drive on the island. His suggestions were always on point, where to go to the beach, the restaurants (Bagno Gino i.e.) were all great! The breakfast on the balcony was perfect, and the view... Hopefully one day we can return, knowing we have a friend in the Ischia.

Mauro is the perfect host, he was really welcoming, tell us everything we need to know about the island ( beaches, transport, bars and ecc) and even came to take us from the port. His place has the most wonderful view in Casamicciola, it was clean and the beds were really comfortable. When we return in Ischia we would definitely stay in his place again.

Magnificent location with the most beautiful terrasse. Great commodities in the room (fridge, air conditioning). Really good wifi. Mauro was really helpful and available. He even drove us to the port on our last day! You can book there without hesitation.

Mauro is a lovely host running passionately a really cute B&B. Always be present, kind and helpful offering free transfer from and to the harbour area. The position and the view are amazing and it's located in a less touristic area of Ischia.
