My only small complaint is that there was some street noise late at night. But we stayed a Friday and Saturday night and the neighborhood is lively so I would guess it’s quieter during the weeknights.

The location was excellent. You walk out the gate and into the park and within a minute, you see the Colosseo. That was great. The staff is absolutely lovely and the property is very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is delicious and we loved being able to eat it out in the jasmine-filled garden. Our stay was short but we were very happy with it.

A 4 minute walk from the Coloseum, immediatetly adjacent to the Domus Aurea Park, a 2 minute walk from the trains. The location was super and the room was comfortable. As it is right by the park, it is quiet at night.

The staff were so kind and welcoming. They did a wonderful job of answering all our questions and making sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed. Our plane landed early in the morning and they allowed us to drop off our luggage before our check-in time so that we could start sightseeing luggage free. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a ton of options. They have a cappuccino machine that you are able to make all kinds of different coffees anytime you want. There was also a fridge with drinks that came with the purchase of your room. They even provided metal water jugs to take with you while touring Rome as it has many free water fountains. Our bed was so comfortable and our room was enchanting. The area was not only safe, but in a wonderful location within a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Definitely recommend this place for your next visit to Rome!

Very good location of hotel - only 3 minutes walk to metro station and Colosseum. Comfortable room with clean and big bathroom. Breakfast was amazing - good choice of dishes. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Free coffee, drinks and snacks are included and available during all day.

One of the best b&b's we've ever experienced! The hospitality is warm and gracious and spaces are light-filled and lovely. We loved the Parkside location, just 5 minutes stroll to the Coliseum and all the perks like eco-friendly water bottles, always available espresso-maker, and free mini-bar. It feels like staying with a friend - a friend with exceptional taste - in the center of Rome. We will definitely return!

Breakfast was kind of "meh." Nothing hot other than coffee and toast. Bread was better than Wonder Bread, but really just a vehicle for butter and preserves.

Location: across a park from the Colosseum!. Residential neighborhood. Andrea, the owner, was very personable and makes a men capucino. There are fresh baked cakes and muffins for breakfast as well as cheeses and salamis, an automated coffee machine, refrigerator stocked with beverages (juices, soft drinks, beer) and even some hard liquor if that's your thing, all in a common area and all "help yourself."
