The host was great, the room is big and clean. It's close to the old city center and there are a lot of tourist attractions in walking distance. Great jacuzzi in the room. Ask Luca for help with the Etna tour, his guide was awesome.

Stuff was extremely friendly, they allowed us to check-in a couple of hours earlier. Location is great, just next to the cathedral and fish market.

The street outside was quite dirty with rubbish when we arrived. Also the entrance portal is very run down. Don’t be put off because once you are upstairs it’s all modern and clean!

Very cool and stylish B & B very close to the fish market, restaurants and all the sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast too.

Door locks should be upgraded.

The location was excellent, near everything and we had a sunrise view from our room with train tracks (I like trains). Double windows also made sure no outside sounds were heard. Staff was super amazing and really helpful with sorting out trips and making our stay successful and pleasant.

the location is good in itself but it is very noisy, (because in the locals in the surroundings music is played loudly until the early hours of the morning and you can hear it (even through the closed window). the accommodation is generally very noisy.

the staff was very nice, all in all it has been a pleasant stay.

Noisy — they play music until late at night right across the train track. the train track is right in front of the apartment, which is another source of noise. the doors are also a hassle to open and close: you have the actual door and a metal bar door on top for extra protection; while I felt safe, it was unpleasant to take such a long time every time I came in and out, especially since at night you have to do it in the dark as well. Lastly, it feels a bit overpriced

You still can't pay by card. As noticed in many opinions in the hotel they are saying that the terminal is not working but it is permanent. There are savory options for breakfast but not too good (bread is really awful).

It doesn't look impressive from the outside but inside it is really nice and clean. Close to many restaurants, bars and city center. You can hear the trains but it's not bothering. Neighborhood is safe so no need to bother about anything.

There is some noise from nearby bars that can go on quite late. I had no real trouble with it and I am a fairly light sleeper.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent kitchen, bathroom and living area. It is located very close to the markets and restaurants with some of the freshest seafood possible. The location is also close to a bus terminal with connections to/from the airport and to other towns around Sicily. This is a great place to stay for exploring Catania and the surrounding area.

Road leading to Hotel lot's of rubbish from the fish market and bins with loads of flies. For a smart Hotel think the tea/coffee tray could have been supplied.

Horrible outside but when you go in then you feel in nice beautiful place. We have room with jacuzzi and really enjoyed. Very good location just 1 min to town where is nice and tidy. Many restaurants and main square just 5 minutes walk. Really recommend even if outside don’t look nice.

Despite the central location, the property was located in an old building and next to a dark alleyway which felt dangerous at night.

The street doesn’t look great when you arrive - but don’t be put off as the location is so convenient. Perfect for a one night stay before catching flight home.

Just minutes from the Cathedral, great fish restaurants and bus station. Host is friendly and speaks pretty good English.
