The host was fantastic! He shared a lot of information about the area based on our discussion about my interests. There is a lot attention paid to minor details aimed at making your stay easy and enjoyable…automatic lighting, tourist resources and a nicely stocked kitchen. The location is very close to both the Metro and Train Station.

Mattress was a bit firmer than what we were used to. AC didn't blow as cold as we wanted to, even at max setting.

Maurizio was fantastic. He explained everything when we walked in, including all the available amenities, nearby local restaurants, and toursist hotspots to check nearby. He was a pleasure to deal with. There were items you don't even get in a 5 star hotel, including straightners, razers, on demand fridge, esspresso machine, netflix, and Disneyplus. Bathrooms and room were super clean and could see it is a well maintained facility.

Everything was great! Nice and clean. Best shower experience ever! Bath super equipped with more than you would imagine. Gluten and lactose free options for breakfast. Comfy bed. Has Netflix and Disney. Felt secured with the big entrance door. Walking distance to Ostia train station and we could stroll up to Fontana di Trevi. Even of trains were coming, no noise from them disturbed our sleep. So sorry I didn’t take any photos…

I strongly recommend B&B Easy. The host Maurizio is a very kind and helpful person. Plus the location is very good. You can walk to Colosseum, and other tourist attractions nearby or take the underground which is in a walkable distance.

Great location (next to trainstation and 20 minutes walk to Colloseum). Just outside of the tourist-centre. All very well organized. Excellent place to have some hours of rest while travelling.

The place location is in a busy street so you have to keep the window close at night but luckily there is air conditioning so no real problem😄 The only thing I can think of is that the smell of cleaning product could linger so they should leave some windows open duringthe day!

It's very clean and everyday is getting clean as well, the location is close to both metro and the train to airport just a few min walk. 🤩 Nice cafe and restaurants around the place that are open to midnight! The host is so nice and helpful, let me check in sooner as well! The facilities are also very good and new! The kitchen also well equipped.

The only issue we had with the place was that it was a bit noisy, not the place itself but the windows had almost no "sound insulation", and it was as if they were fully open all the time, any noise from the street could easily be heard. Not a big deal, but in case you are a person who is sensitive to noise be aware of this.

The host, Maurizio, is a very hospitable person, he knows how to run a B&B; everything was well-planned and done properly. He also shares some good recommendations about what to do and where to go. The place has a small kitchen where you can have your breakfast (he provides basic stuff on a daily basis). If you are OK with a little bit of walking or taking public transport, the place is relatively close to main attractions and the heart of the city (within 30-min walking distance or less if you take the bus/metro).

Only thing I can say is that it will be great to have air conditioning, Rome can get really hot in the summer, and opening a window unfortunately is not an option because the Ostiense road is really busy at all times, so it can get really noisy even at 3 am in the morning, there are a lot of cars and people passing by. If you have a really deep sleep, then this is not a problem at all.

This one really exceeded my expectations. Maurizio was great and friendly, he gave a lot of great recommendations of places around the city. The room is comfortable and it has a kitchen with a lot of options for quick breakfast (croissants, yogurts, cereal, pastries, coffee, etc) you can also cook and store your own food. The room also had a Smart tv with Netflix and Disney +. The location is also great! It has a train station just 8 minutes away walking, and another one with metro also 8 mins away walking, and a lot of bus options nearby. All major locations are close, I would say just 30 mins away max from the bus, the Colosseum it's just 10 mins away!

As the apartment faces the main street, it can be a bit noisy, but it's fine in the end.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome and Maurizio was a great host to us. The place was very clean and welcoming. It's very close to a subway station and bus station, but you can easily walk towards the city center as well.

We have spent 6 days in Rome and really enjoyed our stay in B&B. Great location, 4 min from metro Pyramide. Daily cleaning in the room, we have found all the necessary items necessary for us there and even more, say hello to Alice from me :). The bathroom was also fine, and even micellar water and shaving machines were present. There are always snacks in the kitchen, good coffee machine and it is really very clean. Maurizio was very helpful and kindly shared good spots for photos and dining nearby dwelling. Excellent choice, from my point of view.

Everything was amazing 🤩 Maurizio (the owner) is the most kind and helpful person. Room was clean and equipped (hair dryer, speaker, Alexa, chargers and more). We shared kitchen with two other rooms but everything was so organized that we don’t have any problem with the other residents. - good coffee machine 😌😌😌 Location is also great because everything important is around there and monuments are less than few kilometers far. 💪🏻

Nothing! Situated in a great location by Ostiense station, accessible transport links to the entire city. Great eateries within minutes walk.... couldnt ask for more, we will be back!
