Well located to catch the bus to Venice and breakfast is plentiful with a range of items (muesli, cereal, toast, spreads, ham, cheese, juice, tea and coffee and lots of snacks). The room was spacious too and the hosts were very accomodating and communicated very well pre check in.

Room 1 is close to the dining room where breakfast is laid out so can be a little noisy first thing in the morning. Could do with a door between the rooms and the dining room. Only a small downside.

Excellent B&B run by friendly owners. Well located for Venice as long as you're not hard of walking. Easy to get buses and trains. Excellent breakfast and coffee/teas available anytime of the day/night.

Nice house, in Marghera, 8/10 minutes walk to the railway station and 3/5 minutes walk to the bus station. Very easy to get to Venice - 15 /20 minutes by bus. The room was very comfortable, very private, you can use the kitchen to eat, just hang out or drink a very good coffee any time of the day! The host was very helpful and discrete. The property is very clean, neat, quiet, in a peaceful neighborgood.

Every thing was perfect!

I travelled to Italy to visit Venice with my girlfriend. The breakfast was perfect. It had a complex variety of products: toast, prosciutto ham, butter, cheese cream, cheese, 2x peach croissants, 2x choco croissants, biscuits, crackers, yoghurt, juice (pear, cherry, grapefruit), milk, cereals, coffee. The room was clean, cozy looking and the bed was very comfortable! We could control our own temperature in the room. The bathroom was big and clean. We received towels, shower gels and shampoos. We also had a shared fridge with our space to get cold some beers and other food. We had a Smart TV where we could connect to Netflix with our account. The host is very friendly and speaks English very good. He also sent us a digital guide for 3 days in Venice, it was very helpful. We got to B&B Fine Venice by train from Treviso Airport. The place is 10 mins away from Venezia Mestre train station. At 2-3 mins away you have Lidl and MEGA supermarkets. Very good placement! Overall GREAT experience! The price is too low for what it offers! The best place to stay for us so far!

The b&b was lovely and very clean. The owner was very friendly and flexible. We arrived a lot later than expected due to traffic but that was no problem at all. Everything was very clean. It is only a couple of minutes away from the bus stop and from there it only takes 10 or 15 minutes to get to the Venice island. They even have their own app with tips on what to do, where to eat and how to use the public transportation. That was super helpful! Overall we loved our stay at B&B Fine Venice and will definitely come again if we are visiting Venice another time!

Very nice stay, very kind and helpful host. He told us best way to Venice, recomended restaurants and places good to visit. Accomodation was very clean and nice, apartment is about 10 minutes from Venice by bus. Parking right in front of the appartment. Breakfast super. We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was perfect.

Breakfast food is packed and not good, so you should bring your own food, or go outside. It should not be called breakfast, i know that italians would never eat that kind of food.

Breakfast was not delicious, everything packed in plastic If you unload your luggage from the car in front of the gate to the property (for 0.1 second), the landlord will become extremely mad. He wasn't friendly in general in our opinion.
