Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great room standard - everything clean, new & minimalistic :) Terrace overlooking the marina (where also breakfast is served) was super nice. The hotel is right next to fantastic restaurants, shops, mini market, car & bike rental. The staff were super helpful. Will definitely like to come back one day :)

United KingdomThe place was a tiny bit "quirky" and there was limited tourist information available in the room brochure. Details of the bus-timetable and stops would have been helpful, as would shop opening times and national holiday arrangements.
A great view over the Porto Nuevo from my room and I was impressed with the very modern design of the property. With there apparently being only 7 rooms, the atmosphere was especially friends and the happy hour on the top-floor terrace proved to be a good opportunity to meet other guests.

United StatesRoom did have a water view but the first floor units are on the street level so no balcony and people walk right in front. See photo of the building exterior. The roof top is available to all though with nice seating and views.
Good central location easy to get to and from airport. Very nicely decorated modern accommodations.

Incredibly nice stay! Room has big, comfortable bed, wholly white with some blue elements - very good combination for cozy island hotel! It’s very important for me - CLEAN AND NEW, both two were perfectly present! Balcony with picturesque marina view! We travelled with backpacks only - so wardrobe appeared to have enough space. The bathroom was small but with tropical shower - just loved it! Breakfast was served on the terrace with beautiful marina view! It was enough for us: I prefer for breakfast fruits, croissants and coffee and also u could find cereals, cakes and jams. I`d like to say my big thanks to the administrator! She helped a lot, was very kind, friendly and tried to make our stay unforgettable – the way it was! We hope to come back in spring/summer 2022! Recommended

United KingdomOwners need to upate their room listing as there are many mistakes. Safe, for your valuables. Yes but anyone can pick it up and walk away. Not heavy and not even fastened down! There is absolutely no snack bar as advertised. Customer Relations is bad. I had the normal flight out but before they started breakfast. When I asked for breakfast I had paid for in a bag/packed breakfast. It was an immediate NO! Dont be misled by the free shuttle. I was picked up free, but 30 Euros to take me back less than 1klm!
Very modern building. From outside you will wonder what it is! [Planning just not thought though! But inside great. Modern and clean and very high tech! Lovely welcome on Reception using Google Translate!

United KingdomI had an early flight and a not-so-early ferry that were before breakfast on 2 days. The owner refused to give me breakfast in a bag that I had paid for 2 of my 3 days.[ All done over Messages] I said I'd check out. Eventually, I was given a very small bag. Nothing like breakfast! Be warned. very disappointing as most accommodation is pleased to help and I do not enjoy conflict. The only time I could find anyone in Reception was when I checked in. So enjoy the moment!
I was pleased to be met at the airport although only half a mile and 10 minutes walk!. The hotel asked for 30 euros for the return! I declined. 1.5 Euros on the great little bus that covers the island or 4 Euros in a taxi. Reception staff, lovely but you will only see her when you check in! In fact, all the staff were lovely. Water is in the room on day 1. But that's it. Make it last no more on days 2,3, etc!! I chose a room with a balcony and it is big enough to sit on with a table. Just! Fabulous views Its a high Tech B and B..... amazing features! If you don't speak Italian, do make sure you have Google Translate!
