We had a really hard time getting comfortable with the temperature. The A/C unit cannot be set lower than 21 degrees Celsius and never really reached that during our stay. To counteract this we tried to open windows but would regularly wake to street noise throughout the night. Not much the staff can do. I might recommend adjusting the ACs or adding fans to the room.

The staff here were amazing and accommodating. Went over and above at every turn. We were late getting up for breakfast and they still hooked us up. Very knowledgeable about the area and epitomized hospitality. The shower was lovely and the room was spacious and modern. The windows do an excellent job keeping out the street noise when they are closed. Would rate this place an 8.5 if able.

What a fabulous BnB. Great location not too far from the railway station and close to the town. The hosts were always helpful and the breakfast was really lovely. The room was spacious, modern and clean with tea and coffee making facilities too. A truly wonderful little gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

We had to decide what we wanted for breakfast on arrival and there were no options to change our choices after that, so we didn’t realise that we would not get bread or eggs unless we had selected the option. There was no opportunity for changing our choices of coffee either. The stairs were steep for heavy suitcases.

It was ideally located for all our visits as well as restaurants and shops. There were excellent facilities in the room . We were provided with tea and coffee making facilities as well as fresh water every day. The bed was very comfortable.

It was a bit loud. While the location was great, there is a Pizza delivery service nearby that uses moped's for delivery. It was a bit loud even into the night.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Location was perfect. Hosts were very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was particularly good with plenty of options - including fresh baked goods, fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses etc. Strong wifi, comfortable bed, spacious bedroom!

The breakfast wasn’t as good as we expected, yummy coffee and croissant, your typical Italian mini buffet. Firm bed but it was a quality mattress.

It was super clean and the family running it were nice. Bathroom was great- we always had hot water! A little outside the center but not bad at all, only 10min walk to Campo. Good linens!

Beautiful modern rooms and staff was so friendly. The only thing we didn’t love is the street was busier than it looked on Google maps, so noisier than we would have liked. But the windows blocked out the noise surprisingly well. Great location otherwise. We accidentally drove into the restricted area, and when we mentioned this, they helped us fill out a permission form to avoid the penalty. Grazie Mille!

We had trouble setting the heat, it gets cold in November, we got an error message when we tried to use it and it was not corrected for our 2nd night after we reported the problem …. but room did not get unbearably cold …. overall i would stay here again.

Great location, easy to get to from train station and near sites. A very good breakfast was included.

Some noise from people walking outside late in the evening.

Location was excellent. Dinner was just 30 meters away at Enzo e Sonia (very good; owners are kind and attentive). Breakfast was ample and we never felt rushed. Owner and son were helpful; son spoke more English. They kindly let us stay in the dining area after our check out time so I could write postcards.

The one small observation, not complaint, observation is the lack of a lift to move your bags to the B&B which is located on the 1st floor (2nd floor for US folks). NOW with that being said, it is worth knowing they told us they were adding a lift. Now they just need to follow through and see that the lift is installed.

Our experience with the host family and the location was fantastic. The host was very responsive and communicative before our arrival and greeted us as soon as we got there. The property was very well-maintained and had a rich history which had been beautifully integrated with modern amenities. The room we stayed in was impeccably furnished and decorated, and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was perfect and the breakfast served was delicious. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Nothing! It’s about a 10min walk from train station and we managed just fine even with two heavy big suitcases. Tempted to take taxi but you can’t book taxi at the train stn, and u gotta take this super long travellator through the shopping mall to get to the taxi stand where u can book a taxi (otherwise be prepared to join the long taxi queue at train stn) and once u exit the mall it’s really just a 6-7 min walk from there.

Absolutely nothing.

The facilities were immaculate and exactly as pictured. It felt very new and modern but we appreciated that some of the buildings original characteristics were preserved. The furnishings were thoughtful and we felt very comfortable during our stay! Best part was interacting with the family running the operations and the wonderful breakfast service they provided. Would highly recommend.
