Aldo was a super host. We were only there for one night, but from the moment I booked his room he reached out to me to offer a personal welcome and ensure I had directions. Lots of space with a private washroom including shower.

Great visit , and great owner, guiding, room. Nice location not in the city center but easy go by walking to center and habour. We had cruice from Cruice Terminal and we walk with luggages to terminal . It tooks 1/2 hour . Owner served good Italian breakfast and coffee. Place was super clean and looks like home, nice baloon view tp town and garden

Amazing stay. The location was really convenient, the room clean and comfortable, and the ambient really cozy. But what makes this place unique is Also, his host, such a nice and attentive guy, he prepared us a great breakfast and even helped with my bike setup for the trip. The wifi did not reach our room, so the property would benefit from wifi boosters so that the signal reaches the back of the property. It wasn't a problem for us, as we have Italian cell phones and could simply access wifi using our phone hot-spots. International travelers may feel this is an inconvenience, to use their computers or phones in the communal living area. Also, we visited in January, and Italy has strict laws on energy use. This means that the heat doesn't come on until the evening (around 6pm or so). Our room was quite cold before the heat came on. The heat also turns off early in the morning, so it's not extremely warm when you wake up. This is not something the property owner controls. I'm only mentioning this so that international travelers who aren't aware of the Italian energy laws are aware, especially in the winter months. The blankets on the bed were warm though, and we were not cold when we were in bed for the night.

The check-in was easy. The host was responsive to messages. Parking was available and provided upon request. The bathroom and bedroom were private and a nice size. The rooms are all locked separately so that you know you have security while there are others staying in the other rooms. The host is very knowledgeable about the area and can give ideas for sight-seeing in the city and outside of the city. The breakfast was simple, but very tasty! We were happy with our stay.

The bedroom was very old & the beds had definitely seen better days. Hard & uncomfortable! Bathroom set up was a little odd also.

Only wifi, but as mentioned its not a dealbreaker.

Great location, 5min from downtown. Train station is 10min away so it made it easy to connect to other cities. The room is spacious, large TV, private bathroom and nice sharing living room and kitchen. Wifi isn’t the best but we didn’t care much for it. The best part is the owner, he is super hospitable and helpful. We came late at night and he was very understanding, provided us with all information we needed. Breakfast is a classic Italian coffee and danish style which we loved.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We arrived after the normal check-in time, due to our ferry being late. The host was super understanding and even offered to pick us up at the Harbour, which we sadly didn't see in time. When we arrived, he offered us a bottle of cold water, which was super appreciated and a really nice gesture. The room itself and the private bathroom were both large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was nice and the host had a couple of recommendations for Civitavecchia for us, after we asked him. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The host went out of his way to accommodate and there was a warm welcome on arrival. The garaged parking for the motorbike was great. It's in a quiet area only a few minutes from the port so great when arriving or leaving by ferry. Couldn't asked for better.

Big room, confy bed, quality sheets. A bathroom that can be used by two persons at the same time..rare find. Usually small bathrooms add more to the stress of traveling and being in a new place. Aldo, our host went beyond our expectations: we asked for a late check-in and he waited for us at the gate, helped us with the luggage and the parking- we were very happy with that, at no extra cost. The morning started with a good breakfast and Aldo's big smile. Really appreciate it!
