An amazing hostess Arianna made us feel so welcomed and helped us with any inquiry we had from sights to restaurants. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The location of the B&B is superb as you are in an equal distance to Vatican on one side and Coloseum on the other with everything between in a comfortable walking distance. We are definitely coming back!

The stairs could be a problem to some.

The breakfast lots of choice cereals ,yoghurt ,fresh fruit,eggs, cheese &cold meats toast jams and lots of homemade cake,fresh juices and coffee. Everything spotless and comfy bed. Helpful information on what to see and what to visit.

Arianna was a wonderful host. She was super helpful with booking our shuttle from the airport to the B&B and then again found us a ride to the train station on our departure day! Perfect location for my family of 5, we walked everywhere. There is no need for a taxi or the metro! Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend friends to stay! Thank you Arianna

Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Lots of home made cakes which was a lovely touch. Something to suit all tastes. Our host Arianna was unbelievably helpful and gave us lots of tips to ensure our stay was enjoyable and stress free. The B&B was spotlessly clean and was surprisingly quiet given its central location. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and families.

Breakfast was wonderful! Choices included eggs, toast, cakes, biscuits, meats, cheese, yogurt, juice, coffees and tea. Really well located in the middle of the City and walkable to main sites.

The host was outstanding. Very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Contacted me before arriving to confirm everything with me then met me at the location. Excellent communication. Recommended places to eat at and gave excellent directions. Made delicious breakfast each morning. Kept our bags after checkout so we could walk outside before leaving for the airport. Setup a ride to the airport for us. The location is perfect: within walking distance of everything you could hope to visit. AC works great since it was very hot while we were visiting Rome.

There are nothning bad to say!

The owner Arianna was so kind, she wrote us before we arrived. Explained about the keys. And was on the phone if we needed anything. The rooms and balcony was more then we could have dreamed about! We could have breakfast when we wanted. And easter sunday, it was traditional italien. There is nothing bad to say about this place.. You can walk to every thing from here!

The bed was very firm, more than what I would normally like. I have a bad back so it made it hurt.

The breakfast was delicious! The location was incredible, very near to all of the sights!

Minor inconvenience. There’s no shelf in the shower in which to keep your items. A ceiling fan would be very nice to have.

Arianna the hostess was excellent. She coordinated all the details that we needed to get in and out of the house help us call for a taxi refreshed our room with clean linens and prepared breakfast for both of us Property is centrally located. You can easily walk to the Vatican, the Colosseum, the pantheon, Spanish steps, several famous churches, restaurants, shopping, all very easy to find

Lots of stairs to climb with luggage.

Continental breakfast was good. Homemade deserts were excellent and fresh. Host very personable and pleasant. Best location.

Bed was very firm and not particularly comfortable. Access was by a lot of stairs (no elevator) difficult if traveling with any amount of luggage. Only open shelves for storage- no drawers.

Location was exceptional. Host was very pleasant and helpful. It was quiet for being so central. Property was clean.
