The B&B had great reviews so we were optimistic goimg there but the reality far exceeded our expectation! Everything was perfect, the owners take meticulous care of the premises and the room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was excellent. By far the most pleasant stay I experienced in a very long time!

Nothing!!

Located in a nice neighborhood. Very close to local restaurants, pharmacies, clothing stores, the train and bus stops are walkable and easy to navigate. Our first time in Italy and used the Bus, Metro and took the train to Florence. Breakfast and coffee are great as well. I could honestly go on and on. I never leave reviews, I was just that impressed.

Breakfast was great The owners were vey nice and caring and even helped us arrange a ride to the airport. We would recommend this lovely place which is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Wi-Fi was great. We had no complaints whatsoever! There is a great pizza/bakery close by that was fabulous! Give that a shot. We loved the pizza!

Maybe the breakfast would be better offering some fruits and vegetables. We really cannot say anything negative about the hotel, because it is really good and we can recommand it to everyone.

The location of the hotel is great, metro is near. You can reach the city center in 35 minutes. Calm quiet area relatively far from the loud crowds. Davide and his wife are kind, tougthful. The hotel is very very clean and really like on the pictures you can found. The breakfast is always fresh and delicious. Five minutes walking you can reach a supermarket. The rooms are comfortable and eqipped everything can be needed.

Davide is the best host ever. We arrived pretty late and he was still super friendly and gave us a warm welcome. His hospitality is unmatched and he gives it his all to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are also super clean and nice. The breakfast is very good. The location is a bit outside the city center but with the metro (10min by foot) you can get to all attractions easily.

Davide was a very supportive host, provided us with very useful information about public transport, good restaurants, shops, etc., around the apartment and he quickly and very professionally responded to every request.

The J24 is a welcoming place, spotlessly clean, new, and updated (located in an older building with numerous improvements). David is a wonderful host, attentive, prepared, and efficient. He first asked me to call him when I arrived at the building location: he wanted to meet me to help me find the entrance, which was a bit difficult to locate due to construction work. When I told him that my phone would not work in Italy, he recorded and sent me a video showing how to locate the entrance on my own. Upon my arrival, he presented me with a map of the area, highlighting useful businesses, including restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions. Each morning, David prepared a sumptuous breakfast, including eggs, a variety of deli, yogurt, cakes, and bread. The neighborhood itself is not a tourist destination, but it was perfect for a conference I was attending. The immediately surrounding area does offer numerous restaurants, which tend to attract locals, rather than tourists. As such, the food is authentic and reasonably priced. Public transportation is readily available to and from the airport (I flew into Fiumicino), and to reach other areas of Rome. David's recommendations for local restaurants, transportation, and for some of the catacombs located nearby were spot-on. I highly recommend the J24 B&B and would gladly return to this nice location on my next visit to Rome.

Absolutely nothing negative to say. You cannot improve upon perfection.

In a word: everything. Everything was excellent. J24 exceeded my expectations at every turn. The location was easy to reach. I opted to take the B line and walk the 10-ish minutes, but one could take a bus and get closer. Davide, the owner, was every bit the professional. He is kind, warm, smart, helpful, and attentive. The property is spotless and cleaned daily. The breakfast is SO GOOD! My room had its own balcony. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked great with lots of options to watch as I unwound (Amazon Prime and Netflix are included in case you don't speak Italian, which would make some of the local TV options difficult). The room was bright and perfectly temperature controlled. This may be the first place I've ever stayed where NOTHING was uncomfortable. It is now my go-to spot for staying in Rome.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. It is also easy to locate, with good transport links to the areas of my interest. I felt very safe and comfortable there. There is access to Netflix and other streaming platforms which is a plus and really good value for money. The breakfast was lovely, with enough variety for me. The hosts were very friendly and professional. They are also very helpful, with Davide even helping to carry my luggage to the taxi after I checked out.

He will help you out for directions, tours, transportation and other recommendations that will make your vacation unforgettable. Nothing could have been better. The only potential negative is the location being further outside the city center. But honestly, this could also be seen as a positive as there's less foot traffic and it's much quieter. We prefer staying a bit outside the city centers, so for us, it was not a negative.

We arrived in Rome for 2 nights in October and then for another night prior to the end of our trip. J24 not only met but exceeded our expectations. Not only does it meet the minimum requirements, a comfortable and clean room, but also a generous host who does everything he can to ensure your stay is a great one. Everything in the room is modern and efficient. Great bed, shower, bathroom, A/C, spacious, and very quiet. Water is provided each day and there are sodas, beers, and teas available on demand for a reasonable price (same as the markets). Turn over service is also done each day, if desired. There's available Netflix and streaming options as well, though we didn't make use of it but it's a great option for those who desire it. The breakfasts were wonderful. Each day Davide made us scrambled eggs to go along with the selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, amazing cakes, coffee, and juice. We ate too much cake. But that's on us, not him! Davide even held our large luggage for 3 nights while we went down to Sorrento. This made our travel so much easier and it was a service I would have been willing to pay for but he did it for free. When we needed to have our clothed washed after my prior plans for this fell through, he recommended a place nearby that took care of it for us. He even provided maps of Rome and the area the B&B was located, which were very useful. A bus stops right outside the corner and the metro is only a 10 minute walk away, so it's not in an inconvenient location. Davide was such a wonderful host and made you feel at home in his B&B. We didn't have any issues, but we know if we had one, he would have taken care of it right away. You really wish all hosts were as gracious as he is. I know if I ever find m

Not super convenient to most tourist sites, but just 12-15 minutes walk from the metro. At the moment, building is encased in scaffolding, and workers start at 8 am. But that won't continue too much longer I gather.
