The place was really clean and quiet, had everything we needed and the staff was really friendly. Also, the owner of the apartments has a restaurant in the same building: we had a really nice dinner in it with a really nice view.

Location amazing. Service amazing. Very quite and comfortable room. Even listed as a room with no view had a pretty spectular window and breeze. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Lake Como. Nesso is gorgeous.

There is no parking at the hotel. We were extremely lucky to find a parking spot right next to the hotel. But be prepared to search for a spot or park your car far away. There is a waterfall nearby. If you sleep with the open windows, it’s pretty noisy. There was no air conditioner in the room. The check in possible only before 7:30 pm, as the stuff also works in the restaurant that is located in the same building. This made us rush on the way, which was a bit annoying as we were traveling by car.

The view from the room is breathtaking. The room was simple but clean. The stuff is friendly. They gave us a map of the area and recommended the places worth seeing.

No fridge. I would change the red bed cover with a newer one. Other than that, it was perfect.

We had a wonderful lake view. We were very close to the waterfall, and to the bus station that gets to Como or Bellagio. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked well, and the bathroom was big and equipped. La Cascata also has a restaurant that opens in the evening, so we were right in the building.

Spectacular views from our room’s terrace. Incredibly welcoming people, both at the hotel and around Nesso! Delicious pizza from the restaurant and take away beers from the bar which we enjoyed on the terrace in our room. Very dog friendly, the perfect stay.

During our stay, it was noisy, there was a specific sound like a “vacuum machine” which was annoying specially for sleeping. There is no private parking place, it was high season so we have to walk 600mts because all in Nesso was full. I felt very much under stress regarding the check in, I asked if it will be a problem to arrive between 7-9pm and they wrote me (twice) they close at 7pm which I completely understand because they also have the restaurant running, but honestly a little more flexibility would have made a much better first impression.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location is convenient, as it is close to the Ferry location and the attractions in Nesso.

There are few supermarkets and 1 pharmacy there and they all close at 19:00-19:30, that was a problem for us since we checked-in late. But it’s of course not hotels problem

Very beautiful place, there was a piece of lake view from our window, waterfall is very close, you can actually hear it all the time if your window is opened. Overall- nice place, nice people! Thank you!

The view from the room was breathtaking, the terrace was big and nice. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant managed by the same owner offers an amazing view on the lake and delicious pizzas. Totally recommended!

We liked the balcony with the amazing view to the lake. To go to balcony was a little bit tricky due to steps and small doors, but anyway the view worth it. Very nice Nesso small old city. Very delicious pizza in restaurant. Nice place for short stay.

NOTHING to fault as the property hits all of my expectations.

Super clean and well presented accommodation in the centre of Nesso. Rooms are smart, functional, not cluttered.

A lovely place to stay on the lake. The rooms are basic but very clean, and with amazing views over the lake. We had a lovely little balcony looking out over the lake & mountains, and was lovely to wake up to and sit outside with our coffees and enjoy the view. We were visiting friends and ordered pizza from the hotel to take away, they were fantastic! Recommend!

There were facilities and amenities to cook, however for some reason we were not allowed to use them. Which doesn't make sense 🤷‍♂️. A lift is provided for luggage, but we couldn't use it at checkout. The apartment is part of a hotel, so the reception was closed.

There could be more kitchen appliances - some bigger plates, cutlery, mugs would be appreciated. The room was very nice and clean, but there was one exception - awful and dirty toiler brush.

Parking Space isn't great in Nesso but there is nothing the Hotel could have done. Its just a small narrow village. Just Park your car and go by the Boat or Bus if possible.

Amazing View. Great Staff and Owner. The room had everything we need. We had a great time. The pizza at the Restaurant is Tasty and the view from there is also breathtaking.
