We loved everything about this property. They even gave us the garage to keep our tandem bicycle in and they have nice bikes if you want to use one of those to go into town.

The room was bright, clean and comfortable with high ceilings and beautiful light fixtures. The bathroom was quite roomy with a gorgeous, walk-in shower. The breakfast area was very comfortable with individual tables as well as tables out on the terrace if you choose to eat outside. The breakfast was quite delicious and the family couldn’t have been nicer.

Style, cleaning, attention to small details, brightness, options for breakfast, cold/room temperature water and coffee provided by the hostess and if you think it could not get better that’s because I haven’t mentioned yet how amazing people the hosts are!

Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh, especially the fresh orange juice. The private balcony was simple without special views. But the building was located on a quiet street. So somehow we felt very relaxed when using the balcony. The restaurants recommended by the hosts were good too. One morning, we saw the B&B staffs handle the room cleaning process. They were detailed and efficient. We were impressed.

Everything was perfect. Owner, room with large bathroom and italian shower, breakfast with fresh orange juice, ham, cheese, eggs, sweets, ... You can park in the street in front of the B&B or inside if it s busy. 1 km from Sirmione historic center with a nice walk along the lake. You can also stay around with lots of nice restaurants nearby 2 minutes walk.

The location is good if you have a car if you are on foot it a 2km walk to the castle.

Though we spent only one night here this Bed and Breakfast was the cutest!!! We had the attic room and it was beautiful. Room and the restroom were large and beautifully curated. I am forgetting the name of the host unfortunately but he was really sweet. We had to leave early and he woke up in time to serve us our breakfast and assist us with our bags. Would highly recommend!

The B&B is so well kept. Everything is spotless. Andrea and his family are super welcoming and always happy to help. Every morning while we were having breakfast they would clean our room and provide fresh towels. We were staying there with a friend who was in another room and they set up the breakfast table for all of us together. Simple touches like this that makes all the difference. Breakfast is delicious with fresh fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice. I loved their omelette and had it every day during our stay. I’d definitely recommend this B&B and would without a doubt stay there again.

The place is a real Fairy Tail (like its name :)) Extremely comfortable and very well furnished, everything is perfect - from the room size to the bathroom. The location is great to explore Sirmione or Lake Garda, as well as the parking space provided at the property. Andrea and his family are so nice as hosts, preparing delicious breakfast and serving it at a beautiful sunny balcony. We would be back at B&B La Fiaba sooner or later, that's for sure!

Great hotel, really atmospheric and cozy, had a great stay. You get the exact room as provided in the room pictures. The host was super kind and provided us with a quick guide about the city, restaurants and the tourists attractions. Highly recommend this place if you're planning to visit Garda lake.

Outstanding host and family, very comfortable home, excellent breakfast. We used the available bikes to ride to the town center, which saved us from having to find parking. They provide parking behind the gate, which was very much appreciated. Our bathroom was very large with plenty of space for our toilettries. They pay attention to all the small details which made for a very comfortable stay. We highly recommend staying here.

I would not change anything.

Amazing stay. Very friendly owner, very clean, good location. Probably one of our best b&b stays. Breakfast was great and exceeded our expectations. Very nice owners of the B&B. Breakfast was amazing, one could use the bikes for free. The rooms were also very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Only the wifi connection was not really strong in our room.

It was perfect. The host is very nice and does extra effort to make his guests happy. The breakfast was very good, with fresh orange juice. The location is also good, in a quiet neighbourhood and a 7 minute walk to the beach, there's a stop for a shuttle to the old city (5 minutes ride) near the apartments. You can use the bikes of the owner for free. This is one of the best b&b we stayed in.
