Clean and spacious apartment by the lake ( more like a duck pond really). Pietro could not have been more helpful. A real gentleman, nothing too much bother. Breakfast across the pond was nice being the usual Italian fare of coffee and croissant (cornettto). Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it if you’re in the area.

This was a surprise stop for us after our planned accommodation cancelled on us as we arrived. Sometimes life is just karma and we found ourselves in the most wonderful place aided by the most wonderful host. We had a very calm and comfortable night and one of the best truffle pasta dishes I have had in many years. If you ever find yourself on this long drive from Naples south, make sure you take time to stop off here

Pietro is a Super Host, He was very very helpful. The place is wonderful, A very quite place were one can relax. You can easily find a restaurant to eat all around the lake. Will visit Pietro again for sure!!!

Nothing to dislike.

A lovely modern room next to a small lake. Lovely modern bathroom with shower, quality bed and bedding. Pietro was absolutely fantastic - he does not speak English but this does not stop him from being the absolutely perfect host. Rosa-Maria helped with the English -all in all a perfect host couple. There are a few choices for dinner walking distance away. The included breakfast at the nearby cafe was outstanding -“anything you want”. Pietro served us there!

Before we went, I saw that most reviews mention Pietro, the host. Having now visited, I can see why - he's the most attentive of hosts. From communication with him prior to arriving to him meeting us, carrying our bags, offering us coffee on arrival, organising a table at his restaurant for dinner (all carried out with the help of google translate!) he couldn't have done more. He even sent a message the next day to check we had had a good journey to our next destination! He made the stay a wonderful experience, but the rooms are lovely and clean with good air conditioning, parking was free and accessible through a gate in an area behind the property, and the B&B is in a lovely situation on a small lake with fantastic views. Breakfast was at Bar Nives and was good.

The hospitality of Pietro (host) is simply amazing. From the very first second, taking care about our bags, till the very end with an Italian breakfast at the bar with a view on the lake. He is really that what I us to call a smart, nice guy. the place around, ppl. the property…a great value for the money. No doubts. Grazie ancora Pietro!

Pietro is the kind of host out of the ordinary. Everything with a big smile. The location is wonderful for star trips. The room is near the lake and the area is so beautiful. Breakfast at the restaurant opposite the room with the best view to start the day. The room is equipped with all you can need. Everything is clean and tighty. A nice deck just outside the room to seat in the shade with comfortable couches. Really one of my best experiences so far with B&B. You should go there and you can thank me later.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location is beautiful with the lake in front of the property and forest at the rear with a large balcony area. The rooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable and large beds and beautiful bathrooms.

Pietro, the host, was so very kind and accommodating. He made us feel most welcome. The house and small courtyard garden are lovely. The rooms of the B&B are on the 2nd level in the attic floor. The decor is very tastefully done and the rooms and furniture appear quite new. A common area shared by the 3 rooms has a mini fridge stocked with water, an espresso maker with cups and sugar provided, a microwave, and a few plates and utensils. The common room also has a few comfortable lounge chairs. The room itself was small but thoughtfully appointed with 2 chairs, a small table, a desk and a closet with extra pillows and blanket. The room had its own heating/ A/C unit. The bathroom was also compact but had everything you would need including a spacious shower and toiletries. The breakfast was one of the best we had in our 5 weeks thus far in Sicily and Italy with tasty pastries, biscotti, and cornetti. The coffee was delicious too. The lakeside setting is very picturesque as is the surrounding countryside. The on-site parking was very convenient.

We stopped here on the way to south of Italy via uk. I wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely want to return and have a holiday at this beautiful place. The owner Pietro has thought of absolutely everything. He also gave us a packed lunch for our onward journey and called us to check we arrived safely to the ferry port. I highly recommend Lanziani. It’s beautifully done and in a gorgeous location. We liked everything!

What an amazing stay! Finding the words to describe our stay will be as complex as our stay was fabulous. Pietro is a wonderful man, full of good vibes and ready to help yourself spending time to show you the best places and restaurants in the city. Final word to conclude: go there! Personnaly, I know that I will definitely come back here on day in my life!

There was nothing we didn’t like! It was all 100% perfect!

One of the best b&b we have ever stayed at in Italy! Our host was absolutely amazing! He will do anything to help you…even coming to find us when we got confused with the directions.! He uses google translate and is able to speak and understand any language! The place is clean and very very comfortable.! We really enjoyed our stay and would return if ever in the area!!

A warm and friendly welcome, you seldom see nowadays. We were just travelling through on our way to Sicily and were greeted by a kind host, who made our stay pleasant and comfortable. The appartments are stylishly decorated, with modern furntiture and appliances. The location is idyllic and in the vicinity you have a bakery, bar and restaurants. Would love to stay again, it was just perfect!

My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn’t get cold in our room, but we just opened the windows and kept the screens shut and the evening air was comfortable.

The B&B Lanziani is located in a lovely building fronted with a beautiful flower garden. The public space is a comfortable living room stocked with tea, cafe and snacks. There were table games and a guitar which the incredible host, Pietro, had re-strung so we could have a family sing-a-long in the evening down by the lake. The lake is just outside the front door and is the perfect size to easily stroll around and enjoy nature. We discovered ducks, turtles, tadpoles, toads, frogs, fish and even a crab! The evening we spent felt like paradise!
