Shower was hot and cold, inconsistent temperature and poor flow, found it very hard to have a shower

Only downsides of this place was the light over the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work nor did the one in the shower. Bed was not overly comfy And 3 flights of stairs to go up None of this was really an issue I would still recommend and stay again

This place we stayed was great! The women on reception who greeted us was very polite and lovely! The room was good value for money! Spacious, clean, had mirrors and a desk and everything you needed really. The room was cleaned daily with no issues and the view was great! Bathroom was also good with a big shower area, powerful shower and hot water. Also has aircon and heating that worked great! Would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom could be updated, tiles were very grubby and mouldy could do with a re grout.

One problem we faced was the fact that our hair dryer didn't work. Also the maid come only at 10 in he morning and if you were not out of the hotel by that time she didn't come back and your room was left uncleaned.

I liked the location, although it was in the centre it was nice and quiet. Another thing that was good was the fact that all the good restaurants and souvenir shop were near the hotel too. Also liked how easy it was to get to the hotel, and the entrance of it. Our room was lovely and quite big and we got a pretty view out of the window.

Slightly below average compared to a hotel, but not by much. Overall, it's a good choice for an overnight stay without any frills but with a great view from the window.

Great view from the window, especially at night when the moon is shining, you can see the water below and the gondolas. A very beautiful landscape from the window, both of the water and the rooftops of Venice.

We could clearly hear one of the rooms as if they were in the same room as us. As previously mentioned in other reviews the 3 flights of stairs are narrow and steep.

The location as it was close to where we needed to be for our day tour and also a nice walk to shops and restaurants and cafés.

It's does not have elevators, it's very difficult to take bag to the third floor. It should be clearly mentioned on the site that the bldg has no lifts

The bed was a little hard but nothing awful. There’s also 3 flights of steep stairs to get to the room, which was okay for us but was a bit tiring after a long day of walking around.

Lovely canal view from the room. The location was great, we were within walking distance of a lot of the tourist attractions. Staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was clean.

The shower was not the best

It was very clean and very close to all the sightseeings. We didn’t get a room with view to the canal but it was lovely when we were leaving in the morning the be seeing gondolas passing by.

Shower head needed replacing, curtain come off runners and dubious marks on walls. The wall just needed a good wipe and the shower a new head and five minutes to put the curtain back up and we couldn’t have faulted the place for the location and price.
