Comfortable, very clean room, delicious home-made breakfasts, very helpful and communicative owner. We felt fully taken care of, the room was very nice and we could count on help if we had any doubts about sightseeing. Very beautiful, cozy place to stay with a magical view over the ocean. Super nice and friendly hosts with a lovely breakfast in the Morning (the cute dog was a plus) Would highly recommend to use the opportunity to stay in this place.

To get to the beach one need to drive 10-15 minutes. However it is compensated with a majestic view and hospitality.

We cannot say anything negative.

We arrived late in the evening, and still Valeria was a really welcoming host. The room was clean and even more beutiful than in the pictures. In the morning we saw the amazing view from the terrace, 180 degrees, from the mountains to the sea. The breakfast was delicious, with warm ciabatta and home made jams. Valeria made an amazing omlette and cappucino for us, and helped with the planning for our trip for the day. It was a wonderful experience and a perfect stay for our 3 day trip around Pisa and Cinque Terre.

Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Palme. The location is perfect and the view is outstanding! The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious since Valeria is both a perfect host and an excellent cook. Valeria was so helpful with recommendations and booking help. I can't say enough good things about this place. A tiny village on the top of a hill, narrow streets, hardly any traffic, a wonderful house in a wonderful garden with a view over the sea and the mountains. A lovely room with a small fridge and a terrace with sea view. A very nice and spacy bathroom. Very good breakfast, handmake cake every morning. When it came to any questionos our landlady Valeria was very helpful.

Parking issue: I arrived in Montemarcello only to realize that only small cars can access the b&b to use the parking. That is not possible if you owe a big/long car. The road to the property is narrow with curves and points where only mini/city cars can pass easily. All along the route only one car can pass at a time, so even if you owe a small car, there is a risk you'd get stuck if you meet another car. This piece of information was not provided on the booking platform initially. I purposely chose this b&b also for the parking, owing that I had heavy luggages which, in the end, I had to carry myself from a nearby car park up this narrow road that tends slightly upwards. That was quite frustrating.

The location is great to do a Lot of activities in the area. But as well for just enjoying to be at the Terrace with sea view. Valeria lets the guests Feel at home (for example with homemade cake) and gives useful Information about the Region. We would definitely recommend a stay.
