Stefano does this very right. You can feel the warmth and authenticity of the place because of him and his family. What a banger local breakfast we had. 10/10!

Rooms were clean and quiet with all needed amenities. Grounds were nice and well kept. Stefano was a most attentive host with lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He also went far out of his way to help us with a problem with our car rental agency. He also serves an excellent breakfast.

Best breakfast of all our stays in Sicily by a wide margin! Stefano's creativity is unsurpassed. Super clean and quiet (brand new blue room, artistically decorated). Close to Siracusa (with a car) and much quieter.

This was a very cosy and homey place. We had a perfect stay. The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, a nice beach is in a walking distance and to many restaurants it is just a few minutes drive. The host was so friendly, and we did feel well taken care of by the "mamma" of the house. Would stay again in the future.

The hospitality was incredible. Stefano was the most amazing host-really looked after his guests and making sure they had a memorable stay. The breakfasts were the best breakfasts I think we have ever had, and really accommodating to my gluten free allergy. It was a lovely start to the morning. He gave us some great restaurant, beach, sight seeing recommednations and made us feel like home. The B&B is a short drive from Syracuse and close to lovely beach - ARenella. I really recommend you stay here - it was the best place we stayed on our holiday

An amazing place where details matter♥️ Stefano is a great host, very attentive and welcoming. It was very lovely to spend a night in this beautiful place. A very well maintained garden, lots of green and having a coffe under the orange & lemon trees with cute turtles around was priceless. The room was very spacious and well designed. It was very clean! The breakfast was really something to remember! Such an exquisite way to start our morning and with gluten free option! Stefano prepared everything very well and organized, no doubt he has Michelin hospitality experiences. We were just sad not being able to spend 1 more night due to their full calendar, but of course it’s normal. This place is just amazing! We are looking forward to go back♥️

We had an amazing stay. Our host was super friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend. Very quiet and cozy place. Syrakus was just 10 min away by car. 5 if you drive like a native. Also it's been said so many times, but the breakfast was beyond great. Thank you very much, Stefano.

If I could I would rate 15. Wonderful place! 10 minutes drive from Syracuse. Quiet, comfortable, beautiful and we lacked nothing. It is located next to a very nice but abandoned reserve with a lake and flamingos. Stefano is the best host. He does everything with passion, especially breakfast. Everything is fresh from local producers or straight from his garden. Superb!

Everything was good.

The Le Saline is a little bit outside Syracusa in peaceful end of street, with plenty space for parking. For people without a car Le Saline might not be convenient but for us it was perfect. The Blue room we stayed in was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Every morning we had a different one, made with love by Stefano. There was everything for a good start of the day and the amount of food kept us going until lunch. Stefano gave us recommendations for places to visit, to eat and other practical tips.

Stefano was an exceptional host, friendly and communicative. The breakfasts were delicious. The room ( we had the Blue room) was beautifully decorated with a powerful en suite shower. The Wifi was great. Location superb for Ortigia and surrounding areas. We also loved the slightly abandoned nature reserve!

Stefano is the host who makes your stay at B&B Le Saline as special as possible! He is very helpful, contactable and provides useful advices. Every day he prepares different delicious breakfasts, which are full of local or homemade specialties. Stefano's breakfasts are something excellent and unique. Incredibly clean and comfortable room. In addition, free parking, very plenty of space. Close to the historic centre of Syracuse (by car). Our stay in B&B Le Saline was the best among others in Sicilia. We enjoyed everything. Highly recommended!

We needed laundry done desperately and Stefano was happy to help us. The breakfast was to die for - all freshly baked with plums and orange juice from their yard. Lovely setting and great for a group of friends or family. We will be back.

Do yourself a favour and stay here! Stefano was a great host with excellent suggestions. Breakfast, which was prepared by him, was the best b&b breakfast I ever had. Besides that, the room was nicely decorated and very clean with beautiful view of the sea. We immensely enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness there. We would definetely come back to here if we have the chance to come to Sicily again.
