Not responsive via the booking.com messaging but was able to communicate with them via WhatsApp. The walls in the room could use a cleaning.

Coffee/tea room was great and unexpected. Had an elevator. Good location near the port and bus stop (to go to/from the train station) and Liberty Lines ferry ticket office/port.

There was a strange ventilation spot in the living room. During the night you can hear unfortunately the whole noise from the street, even the windows were very noiseproof. It was pitty, especially for somebody that has difficult sleep ( like me). The bedroom was perfect from this point of view. I would love to have the appartment facing the port, the view was spectacular, but there was no availability.

Nice location! Good value for money! The apartment is just across the port. Very nice building in the heart of Milazzo. A lot of restaurant and locals around. Very spaceous, clean and simple. It can accomodates 4 people. The building has a terrace at the 4th floor where you can find a common space with coffee machine and table where you can have your own breakfast ( the accomodation does not have this service available). Self check in was a plus. The host was very responsive.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We were very impressed with this hotel - clean spacious rooms, very comfortable & great location being just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal. I think this is the first time we have checked into a hotel online, so didn’t meet any staff, but it worked very well and any questions we had were quickly answered on WhatsApp. Breakfast isn’t included, but there is a cafe just 2 mins walk away and also a good one at the ferry terminal. Long term parking is about 20 mins walk away. I would recommend this hotel.

A bit of construction at property next door impeded exit in the AM but temporary and not the fault of the B&B

The beds were pretty hard but fine for 1-2 nights. We didn’t mind that there’s not really a breakfast (Coffee machines and packaged croissants), because we prefer going to a local bar for breakfast anyway, but it’s good to know in advance not to expect a lot. Lastly, the room was pretty hot and a bit stuffy (even in October, so I can’t imagine what it’s like in summer months!) and we couldn’t figure out how to lower the temperature. We opened the door to the balcony to air it out.

Liberty Palace is in a great location at the heart of Milazzo right near the ferry. The staff are not often present on site but that’s not necessary for us and they are very helpful and respond quickly via WhatsApp. Our room (the penthouse next to the breakfast room) was great! It was really big with a spacious bathroom, shower, dressing area, bedroom, and private balcony. We loved it! The building itself and the rooms are very modern on the inside. Everything is super clean and we had a great stay. Price quality is excellent.

Nothing - all great!!

Everything was as described. Our room was very large, clean and had everything we needed. It was also wonderful having 2 balconies (one off of the living room & one off of the bedroom. Domenica was the BEST all the way around and was so accommodating & truly hospitable! We look forward to staying here again in a week or so!!
