Bed and mattress are not comfortable only 1 bathroom they gived I booked 2 rooms , water pressure is so bad , heated water not working properly

I stayed out of season, but I imagine this place gets very busy in summer, as it's also a campsite. No heating in the room just aircon switched to heating mode, which did work ok. Internet rather slow.

Great location, right next to a glorious beach. Spacious room with good shower and useful outdoor kitchen. Quiet and convenient restaurant on site with great pizzas and good-value wine. Nice, rustic feel to the place with lots of chickens and ducks running around BUT this also meant a noisy PRE-dawn chorus of roosters competing with each other in a noise-making competition. . All of the other guests I met were very pleasant and super friendly. Excellent value for money at this time of year (early March).

Chickens and cats everywhere. It is a campground as well as a dwelling it’s on the beach. It has a nice bar and restaurant on premises. I almost left when I drove up but glad I didn’t.

Amazing place near the beach. Clean and confortable room. Easy to find. Amazing host. It does have an area for camping but, being off season it was empty. Does have roosters and chicken which for me was great because I felt It made my experience more realistic instead of a regular hotel. Animals stays away from rooms since its a big place. Great for families.

Very small for 4 people. As it's a camping the place is really really overcrowded. It may be very noisy in the night till early morning as the young people like to make parties in the open air. It would be better for the owners to put a sign on the road because you just miss it and have to make another circle to get to the place.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. There is a balcony with laundry rack and a small table. One minute walk to the beach, and stairs on the other side to get to the center in 5 minutes. Parking is free on the territory.

Excellent location - just Top really..., simplicity of the furnitures, all very clean; I did not use the kitchenette but think there were most utensils present, if one needs it, very kind staff, very safe to come back at night and close to everything you need -port, beach, old town and very convenient to reach for a short stop, if it is too hot and you need a break, there are animals on the premises, just as I read, but it adds some charm and in no way should make you doubt your choice to book here.

Nice house, with an outdoor kitchen. Wonderful location, right by the sea, very homely atmosphere. The service was very nice and helpful. The restaurant, which also belongs to the owners, is a few steps from the house, where you can eat delicious food with a view of the sea and Stromboli. I recommend :)

Lovely friendly greeting. Very clean and great facilities for the price. Just a few yards from a sandy beach. Good food in the restaurant and very close to the Tropea old town, even if it was up a very steep flight of steps. Right beside the Monastry.

The service of this place is absolutely outrages. Firstly they don't inform you of anything before arriving and the address is a little hard to find. The place doesn't have any signs only for the bar so I had to correspond to some of the photos. Once I thought I was at the right place I called and msged the owner as I saw no reception. He didn't responded then around 10 minutes later he shows up and says the reception was downstairs and he would show me. He did not show many any reception but my room. My room was completely different to the ones on picture. But the worst thing was that the Wi-Fi did not work and I need to work while I was there. I msged the owner about this and I got one response saying it worked for him. Obviously he doesn't know how reception and range works. I explained and proofed the Wi-Fi wasn't working and then he didn't respond and avoided me for the rest of my stay. I then had to spend a fortune on data/hotspot to do my work.

The location was the only thing good about this place. The worst service I have received.
