- The breakfast is quite limited, it would definitely help to have more variety and to also include some ham, cheese, eggs, not only croissants and cereals. - The accommodation is situated quite far away from the city center and main objectives, so you have to use either the bus or the metro (closest metro station is 10-12 minutes walking distance) and these seem to be always very crowded.

+ Mr. Marco (the host) is one of the best hosts I have ever met, very dedicated, ready to help with anything at anytime and friendly. He shared with us lots of tips and tricks regarding visiting the city and was ready to help with anything we asked for. + Rooms were quite spacious, always clean and the facilities were what you would expect from this type of accommodation. + A couple of bus stops are situated at 2-3 minutes walking distance and you can easily reach the important objectives and city center using the buses.

Everything was perfect , well organised and veryyyyy friendly . I stayed there 2 days with my friends , room was super clean , the owner Marco and his assistant was super helpful, kind and there for everything we needed. About the price ? Highly recomend! Would visit again! Marco was awesome host, he took such a great care of us. He explain everything in accomodation, gave us info about transportation and was easy to reach via whatsapp. Each morning there was self-service breakfast consisting of fruits, müsli, cereals, some fresh pastry, something sweet, packed rolls, milk, juice, coffe or tea, which were also available during day. It is perfect location - there is bus stop and metro nearby. If you walk it is about 20-30 min. to Vatican. Also there is really nice park in short walking distance. There is also bus Aurelia Circonvallazione cca 10 mins away which can take you to Fiumicino airport for 7€ (SIT bus shuttle). The place was kept very clean every day. Room was spacious with closet, balcony, bathroom. You can use fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, cuttlery. The kitchen area is shared with other quests, but you have all privacy you need in your personal room. Thank you!

While the overall experience was exceptional, one area that could see improvement is the breakfast offering. Although sufficient, adding items like cheese cubes or baked eggs would enhance the variety and appeal of the morning spread.

Tidy and light room with big and comfortable doublebed and renowated, clean bathroom. Balcony with the table and chairs. Good air-conditioning (efficient, adjustable and quiet). Refrigrerator-freezer founds from the kitchen and there are space for own foods and drinks. Room and neighbourhood was quiet in night-time, so least we could sleep very well without earplugs. Connections from the airport was also easy, busstop of the TIS bus is in ten minutes walk and we got the good instructions to using it and finding the accomodation in advance.

The apartment is simply furnished and clean, the beds are very comfortable. We also appreciated the balcony when sitting in the evening. Marco is very kind and helped us to find our way around the city and gave us valuable advice. The apartment is easily accessible from the metro station (about 10min).

This accommodation is excellent. Even though we checked in 2 hours early, the host was kind enough to receive us and explained everything about the room as well as tips and precautions for traveling to Rome. The room is clean and has everything you need. Our room also had a small balcony and a great view. Our host provided us with breakfast and laundry services, gave us instructions on how to get to the airport faster the night before we left, and printed out our boarding passes. In terms of transportation, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station and about 2 minutes to walk to the bus station. Although it is not in the center of Rome, the transportation is very convenient. All in all, this property is highly recommended and the response from the host was very timely and sincere. Marco is the best host you could possibly have. Firstly, he speaks English, something rare in Rome. He is a polite host who is always available for anything you might need. He explained everything with patience. Room is super clean and spacious, in a nice neighborhood, just 5km from centre. Breakfast includes coffee, croissant, cereal, milk, juice, marmalade and toast. A little bit sugary but ok. But believe me, the highlight of your stay is the exceptional service of Marco. Marco, we will meet again for sure!!

Bathroom could use a ledge for the soap.

Our stay at B&B Roma 474 was quite excellent .The location is very good, lots of public transit very close, yet my wife and I chose to walk from the b&b to the vaitican....roughly just about 25 minutes. What really made our stay special was the host, owner named Marco!! Marco was just incredible as to always trying to help us with ANYTHING we needed.. His communication was an A++++ even the day before we arrived he was trying to give some advice as to what transit to take ...just a lot of back and forths chatting , with my annoying lol questions. When we finally met him he took a lot of time to explain the area, how to use everything at b&b,how, even where to maybe go.and what to see. He made a nice breakfast each day, I particularly like you can go into the kitchen make yourself coffee or cappuccino any hour you like. After over a week in Italy I found overall for my taste, most breakfasts just have too many sugary things, but Marco at least must have bought some bakery fresh croissants each morning . Of course there was other food too ...The room was very clean and bright When it was time to leave, again it was Marco to the rescue!!. Seems taxis are just very difficult to get lots of times, Marco both called and used a taxi app I didn't have and "waited with us" till we met the taxi who didn't speak a word of English .. I'd stay here for location, cleanliness, and MARCO. Marco made our stay super special, he's one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life.. PERIOD!!!

The apartment is amazing. It is beautiful, modern designed, perfectly clean, it has everything that you need. Breakfast is delicious. The location is very good and on safe area, on walking distance to Vatican (25-30 min) and around 15 min to center with public transport. What is really amazing is the dedication and care of the host Marco that is doing his business with all his heart and is there for you 24/7 to help, advice and meet any of your special needs. Marco, thank you once again for all your help and information. I will come again for sure in Rome and especially would love to stay again in your beautiful apartment.
