The host was a great person, I have never seen such a nice host like Marco is. The breakfast was also great and as a Finn I appreciate that I could drink some coffee which was tasty as in Finland.

If I had needed to wash my clothes, I wouldn't have had a lot of place to hang them. As I didn't need to wash my clothes, maybe I'm unaware of some arrangement to hang the clothes to dry.

The day we reached, we were greeted by Marco. Marco was very friendly and told us everything about the city and the local commute. The property was in a great location with greenery all around. Also, being on the third floor, I could get fresh air (it was windy) whenever I wanted from the balcony. The place was neat and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The host was very warm and welcoming, always responded fast to any messages and questions we had. There are 3 separate rooms and a shared common area, which was very nice as we always had where to have a coffee, leave our things in the fridge etc. The breakfast was mostly croissants, nutella spread, granola, and similar sweet things, but it was great to have something before heading off to wander around. The location is quite nice, a lot of transportation around, including the metro, so you could get to any of the attractions quicky. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the place to anyone!

- The breakfast is quite limited, it would definitely help to have more variety and to also include some ham, cheese, eggs, not only croissants and cereals. - The accommodation is situated quite far away from the city center and main objectives, so you have to use either the bus or the metro (closest metro station is 10-12 minutes walking distance) and these seem to be always very crowded.

+ Mr. Marco (the host) is one of the best hosts I have ever met, very dedicated, ready to help with anything at anytime and friendly. He shared with us lots of tips and tricks regarding visiting the city and was ready to help with anything we asked for. + Rooms were quite spacious, always clean and the facilities were what you would expect from this type of accommodation. + A couple of bus stops are situated at 2-3 minutes walking distance and you can easily reach the important objectives and city center using the buses.

Marco is very friendly, professional and altogether an excellent host. He also speaks Serbian, which made communication super easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The next time we come to Rome, we will stay at Marco's again.

Everything was perfect , well organised and veryyyyy friendly . I stayed there 2 days with my friends , room was super clean , the owner Marco and his assistant was super helpful, kind and there for everything we needed. About the price ? Totally worth it 😁 bus station was 30 seconds walk and you can arrive city centre for 20 min 🙌🏻 I will totally recommend and if i come back i with book the same property 🙌🏻 Greeting Mr Martinelli & Miss Nicole 🙌🏻

Highly recomend! Would visit again! Marco was awesome host, he took such a great care of us. He explain everything in accomodation, gave us info about transportation and was easy to reach via whatsapp. Each morning there was self-service breakfast consisting of fruits, müsli, cereals, some fresh pastry, something sweet, packed rolls, milk, juice, coffe or tea, which were also available during day. It is perfect location - there is bus stop and metro nearby. If you walk it is about 20-30 min. to Vatican. Also there is really nice park in short walking distance. There is also bus Aurelia Circonvallazione cca 10 mins away which can take you to Fiumicino airport for 7€ (SIT bus shuttle). The place was kept very clean every day. Room was spacious with closet, balcony, bathroom. You can use fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, cuttlery. The kitchen area is shared with other quests, but you have all privacy you need in your personal room. Thank you!

While the overall experience was exceptional, one area that could see improvement is the breakfast offering. Although sufficient, adding items like cheese cubes or baked eggs would enhance the variety and appeal of the morning spread.
