The fact that we could not control the AC in the room. Very difficult as we had to contact the desk and wait for staff to adjust temp.

This is a good, cheap stay for Rome airport. It's directly opposite the Leonardo Park station, which is the first stop on the rail line from the Airport to Rome. It's next to a shopping centre and there are a range of places to eat.

The bathrooms could use a better cleaning to get rid of the mould in the shower. Some of the staff were not the most friendly, but we received everything we needed. The breakfast was ok, but a lower overall standard.

This hotel was good value, and is close to the airport, although you can expect to pay 6 euros for each transfer to or from the airport. There is a mall just steps from the front door, and it even has an Ikea. There is a grocery store, and all that you can possibly want is contained in the mall.

One thing I really did not like: if you want to go to the fair area, specify you want a city taxi and not the private service the hotel offers. The city taxi makes you pay based on miles, whereas the private service has a fixed fee of 25 euros. There's no desk in the room so you cannot work or eat inside

This hotel is okay. I stayed for work 2 nights and honestly it's the best compromise in this area of Rome. At least the price is fair (although still expensive but Rome is expensive everywhere now) compared to the area and the service is okay. The facilities in the room were working (shower, bathroom, tv etc) whereas other hotels in the area are often run-down and old. Nevertheless the room feels a bit dirty and would still need a small refresh. It's good to have the shopping center close by so you can have several options to eat (including the supermarket). The area is not the best but still seems relatively safe. The staff is kind.

There is no coffee machine in the room, we left in the middle of the night for the airport, so we lacked the coffee...

The location is perfect for those who want to reach the airport in the middle of the night... The room is a bit small but good enough for one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfort.

It's a little far from the airport as I thought it would be. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable for all of us and the pillows gave us all a sour neck.

1] Availability of the hotel shuttle. That took away worries about getting to the airport in time. We checked out at 4 in the morning! 2] The proximity to many restaurants by strolling to the mall next door was very convenient. 3] The Leonardo Express is literally steps from the hotel. Such relief. 4] Very convenient whilst leaving Roma. 5] Staff kept my request.

1. Self check in machine was not working 2. No bar, no restaurant, only do it yourself food that you have to buy at the overworked only personnel at the check in desk. 3. The guy at the check in does the check in and also sells drinks and refrigerated food and you have to stay in a long line with those checking in 4. Expensive transfer to airport - they charge 6 euro per person for 5 min drive - i didnt use the service
