The apartments are like a museum, including many vintage and authentic interior details. Host provided all the necessary information, was very attentive and hospitable. Also, the breakfast took place in a local cafeteria, where it was possible to immerse into Italian morning culture and routine. Very lovely apartments for a reasonable price. Thank you

Everything - the staff (Roberto) was helpful and friendly - the place is super clean and comfy - the location is close to most of the attractions..easily reachable by public transportation - the breakfast was nice, offered in a nice cafe close by

Lovely place and a great host who made it super easy to check-in. It is very hot in Rome (2023 heat wave) and the mobile AC unit is noisy to keep on all night but we had a fan, for me, I found it hot at night my partner was ok.

Pillows were a bit hard for me with a bad neck. Would also have been nice to be able to hang up the shower handle and not use it handheld. But just small details.

The apartment was super clean, one of the leanest ever. It was nice and cozy, had everything we needed. The staff was nice and helped me leave my suitcases there a few hours before. Overall, very nice.

Everything was super.

I can only say the best for this apartment and the host. The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast in the nearby caffe with coffee and croissant was just what you need get you going in the morning. Location is pretty good with different bus and metro stations in 5-10 min of walking. Host was great, waited us for at our arrival and checked up if we need anything during our stay. All in all I would definitely stay in this place again as it is great value for the money.

The house is apparently undergoing long-term reconstruction, which sometimes disturbed us.

The location of the accommodation is located near the city center. We mainly used the metro for transport. The subway station was about 15 minutes from the accommodation. The breakfasts were tasty and typically Italian. Italian freshly baked pastries and coffee, both of your choice. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a building with an elevator. The apartment has an entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with a toilet and bidet, with enough towels. There is also a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a supermarket and several nice restaurants nearby.

A fantastic location, charming and very helpful host. Very good breakfast, especially a delicious croissant. For this price, you won't find a better accommodation in the center of Rome. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, you have a kitchen and a large living room with beautiful shutters. I definitely recommend it!

Well stocked and cool apartment during the hot days, kind and helpful host. Great en-suite and the free breakfast was a nice touch (we saw complaints that it was "just a croissant" but an Italian coffee and huge filled croissant definitely gave us a few hours in the morning).

The apartment we stayed in was decorated in a very beautiful Italian style. Although it was a bit far from the center, in the end it turned out to be a plus, because there was not a large flow of tourists past the house and you could get to the Vatican or other tourist places quickly and easily by metro. And Roberto (the host) was very kind and welcoming.

We love the authenticity of Italian lifestyle this apartment provided. Complete with all amenities and full kitchen. We loved the fact that we had a private bathroom even though we shared the apartment with other people. It’s location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood where you can grab a bite or drink at walking distance. Roberto was so accommodating even when our flight was delayed upon arrival. We have already recommended this place.

The accomodation was great, traditional and spacious. Walking distance to Coloseum ( 20 mins walk ). The host was fab, very welcoming and helpful. Highly recomended, we would go back. Breakfast was great, just around the corner. Fresh large crossaint filled with pistachio/ chocolate/ custard accompanied by a good coffee. Delicious traditional restaurants round corner too.

The accommodation is very spacious, with two large bedrooms, large living rooms, kitchen and two bathrooms. The host is kind, helpful, always available. It is not a big selection for breakfast, but a delicious Italian croissant and a real Italian coffee are very good starters and plenty enough to be full your tummy for hours. :) Breakfast is two minutes' walk from the accommodation in a where the staff is very kind and real Italian hospitality awaits. We had a lot of fun. Thank you for the experience.

It was a bit chilly at night, but there were warm blankets and a heater so everything was fine. 😊

The apartment is great, neat and authentic! There are all the important conveniences - hair-drier, hot water, teapot, towels, .. and huge mirrors. :) Everything work perfectly. Another impressive thing is the elevator - stylish and bright like from the Wes Anderson's films. The location is close to the bus stop and to the metro, and it's not far from the Coliseum. The area is calm and beautiful. The breakfasts are not at the hotel but in a cafe near it, there was coffee and pastries - always fresh and tasty! We also liked the host, a very friendly and kind-hearted man!

B&B Sessoriana is not like regular hotel. It’s more like fully furnished apartment with two bedrooms. It was very cozy, filled with paintings and artworks, our bedroom had a beautiful little library. It was also very clean and cleaned every day. If you stay in one of the bedrooms, there will be possibly another overnighter/s in the second bedroom, but we didn’t even meet them so it was completely ok to share the appartement. Breakfast was in nearby café. Robi (owner) is very kind guy, he even helped me a lot in bad situation with my health (I had an injury) and reassured if everything is fine with us. Overall, it was a really nice accommodation.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The location is very strategic to get to everywhere downtown and also parking wasn’t a problem. Roberto is the nicest host ever! He’s available, gentle, nice and very welcoming.
