One problem: you must have something in ears at night, because you here everything in this room,what people in room next to your room ( trough the wall ) making - shower, talking etc. Price a little bit high 😅

Excellent location for the Olympic stadium. Room and facilities were great and breakfast was lovely. Sociable breakfast room with shared table with other guests. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Conversed with host via WhatsApp and directions for finding and entering accommodation very easy to follow.

Superb B&B, easily the best I've been to. Nice quiet neighbourhood and a place with so much attention to every little detail, an incredibly comfortable room with so many nice touches which were more 5-star hotel than B&B. Extraordinary choice of products for breakfast, too. All communication from the owner, Federica, was friendly and super-quick.

The only thing that was a uncomfortable for me was that there was a door to the next room with another guest from my room. The door was locked and the host assured me that only she has the keys but since it was my first time there, I don´t know anyone there etc. I was a bit worried at the beginning because of safety. I am writting this mostly for people who could be stressed because of the door. But everything was fine at the end. Other guests were also very quiete and the overall feeling is very postitive.

Very helpful and kind host (we communicated on whatsapp, not in person, but evrything was great and she always answered very quickly). I have to say the room was the cleanest room I stayed in Italy or may be overal so the cleaning staff is also doing a great job. I had some requests regarding receipts for my payment and nothing was a problem, the host always did everything I asked for and was very kind and polite. The building and the apartment is very nice.

This B&B is really great. Federica and her staff are very charming people. They are also very helpful and always give good advice. The room was comfortable, very clean, really great. Very pleasant stay for room and location. We went tona concert at the Auditorium- Parco della Musica. It was close and easy to reach. Back from the concert the B&B location is in the middle of a nice restaurants and pubs area. Federica perfect host. Room clean and comfortable. We already suggested the place to our in laws! ;)

A great little place in a nice district. 3 rooms only. Clean, very modern, with absolutely everything you may need (even an iron). The host contacted me the day before my arrival and explained how I could get there, so I wasn't lost. There are a lot of cafes and groceries nearby, plus the stops for public transport. You can use them to get to the city centre or have a nice long walk. Breakfast was awesome. Thank you very much, Federica!

I got lucky to find this cozy, stylish, extremely clean, renovated and beautiful B&B in Rome. The room was perfect and had an air conditioner, the choice of breakfast options and beverage refreshments was very diverse. Signora Federica welcomed me with great respect, care and help (as I needed to check-in earlier). There is a good bus connection from the Termini train station (~20min). I can recommend this B&B to everyone traveling to Rome.

Our room was on the street side with some noise from people watching a championship football match in the bar below, but Italy won the tournament so it was understandable.

Federica was very communicative and helpful for both our check-in and check-out process. She has done a wonderful job stocking a refrigerator and pantry with juices, cereals, yogurts, jams, breads, cakes, coffee, tea and other items for breakfast. The bathroom in our room was very modern and clean and the room was comfortable and amply supplied.
