This place was so nice, just like the Booking Ad.; but better too. Breakfast was fresh and handy in the kitchen for us every morning. The place was so clean and new looking. Parking was across the street and right in the historic area. Parked and walked everywhere. Tip, there is al large car park about 1/2 mile away for long term free. Ask. Host met us and made sure we got the keys and got in.

The location was great. Just a short walk to the town center. There was confusion about which room we were in. At first we were settled into the second floor by the host’s mother. Then we were moved to the first. I was happy because I had fewer stairs to climb. Our host was very apologetic. He also helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations. I definitely would stay again.

A level property off the road. And a few steps from the old town. Across the road supermarket. The apartment very large, bright, comfy bed, huge bathroom. All spotless clean, great A.C & wifi. The upstairs apartment are very quiet

It is a little close to the road.

Francesco was a fantastic host. Extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast selection. Extremely clean and comfortable. Upstairs room is very quiet.

My stay here was amazing! Francesco is the perfect host! Didn't miss anything and everything was super clean. The B&B is just a few steps from the old town, two supermarkets are just across the street. Definitely recommend staying here, you won't regret :)

The breakfast was lacking a little bit. Would have liked pastries, but the daily fresh fruit was appreciated. There was no balcony in my room, despite the description stating there is a balcony in the room at the time of booking.

The property is well maintained to a high standard, every little detail is considered with care. Francesco has thought of everything, from mosquito screens in the rooms to labelled recycling bins in the kitchen.

B&B Solimo exceeded all of our expectations. We were visiting family in a neighboring town that doesn’t have accommodations so picked Sulmona and this B&B on a whim. The town was fantastic. Getting to see it was a definite added bonus on our trip. And the B&B was wonderful. Clean and comfortable but most of all, Francesco was a fantastic B&B host. When I asked him for a taxi recommendation, he offered to drive us where we needed to go himself. He was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and general information about the area. We were sorry we only stayed one day and two nights! Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The oven didn't get as hot as the temperature that was shown so our food had to be warmed for a while, but that's out of their control.

Great location! You are right next to a grocery store & parking garage (6 euros per day, overnight). My husband & I stayed for 2 nights for a snowboarding trip during Christmas weekend so, we had a lot of baggage & food to bring in case stores/restaurants are closed for the holiday. That being said, there is a shared kitchen & we were able to store our already made food in the fridge & heat it up in the oven--no supplies available for cooking. The room, as pictured, is very large. Bed was comfortable, heating works & was warm. Bathroom was spacious & there were no issues with hot water. Our host was very kind & helpful. They had a variety of things for breakfast--fruit, yogurt, waffles, a delicious fruit pie, pastries & a loaf. There is also coffee, water, & a variety of juices and milks too.

The property kindly adapted to our breakfast request (lactose free) but the breakfast could be improved. Some fresh bread or fruit would have been perfect (if covid rules would allow)...but this did not negatively impact our stay in any way.

Easy to find and a great location, Super easy and accommodating check in. The room(s) and bathroom were perfectly clean and everything was in order. All in all a great stay and if we are ever back in Sulmona we will stay there again.

The posting says “breakfast included” but the host charges $15 euros for it. Don’t advertise free breakfast if you’re going to charge money.

It's just above a very noisy street with a lot of traffic. Also, one of the doors of the room communicates with the kitchen so if the other guests are not very quiet it will feel like they are inside your room, which is unfortunate if you want to stay in and sleep late.

Walking distance from downtown, huge room, very clean, great equipment including crib for toddlers, smart tv with Amazon Fire Tv and huge bathroom too!

Amazing location! The place was very spacious and clean and breakfast was great. Staff went above and beyond to pick me up from the train station and allow early check in. Great experience!
