Without a car you are a bit lost there. The last bus/ferry is at 18:00 . Normally they are until 23:00 available, but not to Onno. Unfortunately there is also no taxi. (They are private and you have to book before, if you’re lucky to find one that’s not busy).

The property has a private beach, a nice garden and beautiful lake view. Very quiet and clean.

The area is calm, so there´s not much night life, few restaurants and shops. For us that was really not a problem:) During high season, parking with a bigger car can be a bit adventurous, skilled driver necessary:)

Nice appartement in the beautiful small garden, beach just across the street, beautiful view towards the lake, calm area. The design of the appartement is very nice, it has a soul:) Equipment sufficient for self-service.

The room/apartment was fantastic, especially the view of the lake from the terrace. The breakfasts on the beach were wonderful. We also took up the offer of Paulo's boat ride which was brilliant fun.

Breakfast on the private beach was so incredible. Very peaceful and beautiful. Room and balcany overlooking the lake was superb. Rain shower in bathroom was also very nice!

The cost of taxi's and airport transfers is extortionate! Luckily Paolo offers an option to transfer you himself.

This place is wonderful! Located right on Lake Como. We had breakfast every morning on the private beach. The room was lovely. There is a bus stop right outside the B&B which will take you straight to Lecco or Bellagio and is very cheap and easy to use. The small town of Onno is very nice with some lovely bars and restaurants. The best thing of all is the owner Paolo! He picked up and dropped us off to and from the airport at almost half the price or a shuttle/taxi. He took us to a restaurant in the mountains again at a fraction of the price of the local taxi service. He helped us with everything we needed and made our experience in a foreign country so enjoyable and easy.

The main problem is the busy main road directly next to the apartment. Particularly when motorbike groups practice their skills on the narrow road. This was not too much of a problem at night when the volume died down but during the day it was difficult to enjoy the terrace or garden.

The location directly next to the lake, although a busy road has to be crossed to get to the B&B´s own "beach". We took breakfast there (excellent, can be recommended) on one of our few good-weather days (out of season). Parking was not a problem in a gated compound next to the B&B. Internet was fast and stable. The apartment itself was recently decorated and stylishly modern equipped.

Room could do with an update. Felt a bit old and dingy. Also smelled damp which they tried to mask with lots of plug in air freshners which just made it worse in my opinion.

The private beach was absolutely amazing. We watched the sunrise over the lake every morning from there. Also loved the bbq facilities on the private beach. There was plenty of parking and the host was very friendly.

The location is amazing, the views are unbelievable! It has its own private beach area with chairs and BBQ facilities to relax, have a drink and some food. The room has all the comforts you need and the private balcony is a highlight! the host was great, really friendly and helpful. highly recommend this place!

Absolutely beautiful location with unbeatable views of Lake Como. Breakfast was a delight on the hotels private beach! Rooms had everything you needed (ours had a fully equipped kitchen) and are walking distance to lake (<10m). I would definitely return here.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance to drive in when we arrived but the parking area was good once we got there.

This is a fabulous place on the shore of lake Como. We stayed one night in a double room with lake view and would have liked to stay for a few more days. The private beach across the road made it very easy to go for a swim in the lake when we arrived and before breakfast the next morning. The room has a lovely balcony area with a kitchen and a very comfortable sofa with fabulous view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed an evening walk into the old streets of Onno as well as along the lake shore, which has several bars, restaurants and a great gelateria. Paolo was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast outside at the lake shore was a highlight.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Paolo, the host, and his mom were so great! I will definitely stay here again. There’s free parking (behind a gate) and access to a private beach. It’s a short drive from Bellagio. It was nice to be a short drive from Bellagio, instead of in the middle of all the touristy areas.

The location is just about 10-15 minutes drive from Bellagio and about 20 minutes from Lecco, which is great. But the location of the accommodation itself (Onno town) hasn't got much to offer for spending the spare time. Quite limited opportunities to buy groceries, go for a dinner etc. Very obnoxious dogs (barking all the time) at the house just over the street.

Great breakfasts on the private beach, watching the sun rising from behind of the mountains. A lot of room for parking. Nice spacey terrace.
