It’s a bit rustic. Needs some repairs and updates. Really horrible smell from the bathroom. I know it’s often the case in an apartment buildings, but this one was especially bad. Kitchen could definitely use an improvement! Could be an excellent place with proper updates and repairs.

Location was good. The two balconies were very nice. It’s specious. The comunication with the host was good, he was responsive

The roof-top terraces come with a price: there are quite a few steps to climb to reach the apartment. Not a problem for us but good to be aware. The only real downside was the water pressure in the shower and slight smell in the bathroom. Nothing major, though.

The apartment is roomy and we liked the decoration. The kitchen is well-equipped. The best feature, though, are the two private roof-top terraces with beautiful views. The location is excellent, too.

We have to climb a bunch of stairs ‘cause it’s on a hill plz don’t underestimate it😑. And there’s sometimes gonna be mosquitos outside your door🦟. The soundproof wall isn’t good, I can even hear nextdoor snoring😩

It was really chill and cozy (w/ 2 ac)and there’s enough facilities.🥴

I prefer to have a hot water, it was rather warm during taking shower.

I absolutely loved my stay. I booked apartment on the highest floor with huge tarrace and stunning views. Location is great - close to central Taormina, shop Coop nearby and excellent pasticceria :) I liked how the place is decorated and all amenities on the terrace - a hammock, big table, sunbeds on a side balcony.

There were quite a few steps to climb up to the street, don’t remember that it was mentioned in the booking app. We managed but with even a slight handicap and luggage it would have been hard.

Lovely view to the sea, it was nice to take the first tea in the morning and view to full moon on the little balcony. Nicely decorated room, good bed.

The kitchen could have had a few more utensils for cooking, but other than that it was fine!

The views were amazing, and the fact that there were two balconies with tons of space.

The view is absolutely breathtaking: the majestic sea, rocks, and charming town all converge in a stunning panorama. Balcony is our favourite place in the hotel. A very comfortable kitchen; coffee machine with free coffee capsules exceeds your expectations; The owners are very supportive.

The keys were not in the lockbox when we arrived but the housekeeping lady was there and gave them to us. The electric kettle was not working, but it was dealt with 2 days later.

The communication with the host was great. The view from the balcony is amazing, you get to see some really cool sunrises. The location is very close to the old town. The internet is very good, even for working.

Breathtaking views over Taormina, spacious and felt like home. Big balconies to soak up views and within walking distance of everything. Extremely helpful tips from owners about where to eat and what to see….highly recommended

If someone is in the corridor, you can hear everything - the walls and doors are very thin. Only one blanket on the bed.

Hosts sent us very good instructions on how to get to the accomodation (written, video, photos), and were very helpful throughout our stay. Beds were comfortable, also pillows. However there was only one blanket on the bed, and very thin, so sometimes me and my partner were "fighting" for it. The water preasure in the shower is a little weak, but sufficient.

These are mostly some helpful information to keep in mind/tips. As mentioned above, there's a bit of a hustle reaching the flat with all the stairs, especially when carrying your luggage up the flat, but this is an old town, so it's all part of its charm. Also, if you are renting a car, keep in mind that the roads are pretty inaccessible, and parking is scarce, so you will need to leave your car at Lumbi parking overnight. There is a free shuttle from there that will leave you 5 minutes away from the hotel, which is convenient. Parking might add to your expenses, so budget an extra €20-25 per day. Price-wise, the flat had all the necessary amenities, but it was a bit on the expensive side. Considering that we did go during a busy tourist season, it's understandable.

The location was fantastic as not only did it have a gorgeous panoramic view of the sea, and you can enjoy your breakfast during sunrise, but it's also 3 minutes away from the city centre. Be warned; however, the view comes with a price, as there are quite a few stairs to climb until you reach the flat, so keep that in mind for any heavy luggage. Ernesto, the landlord, was accommodating so which made our experience better, especially when visiting a new country.

The location was amazing. Perfectly located at the beginning of the hustle & bustle of Taormina with nice proximity to a grocery store. The balcony was also very nice with the view. The room felt a bit outdated and could use some updating to provide a more romantic feeling.

Worth bearing in mind that it is over 100 steps up to the room from street level - might not be for everyone! Bed was very comfortable but made a noise if you rolled over in the night.

Good location near to town. Room very clean. Hosts had excellent communication and made good recommendations. View of the sea & terraces was also nice.
