The mattress was smaller than the bed frame in our room (Waterlily) which meant hitting our knee against the base once or twice.

A lovely, clean room in the neighbourhood of Trastavere. Self check-in. It's slightly further away from the main trendy area and in the more residential part, which we liked. Not too far to walk at night - just try make bookings as the restaurants get very busy! Costanza had great restaurant suggestions and was very helpful with directions. Tram and bus stops are nearby and lots of little restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops plus a pharmacy. Room is a little small, but there's space to store your suitcases under the bed, and big cupboards. TV is wall mounted. The communal kitchen area is really good, with everything you could need and it's kept spotlessly clean. We greatly appreciated being able to store our bags here after check out until later in the day when we flew home.

Sometimes the emergency services sirens can become too much, but out of the property control tbh.

Amazing Location. Neat and tidy room. Precise instructions on how to use various facilities. Awesome coffee machine. Good support from Costanza on WhatsApp throughout. The store below helps with small items and bus tickets too.

Great location, the busiest part of the city with lots of restaurants and cafes are nearby. The room is tiny but comfortable. The beds are great. Lovely breakfast is in the nearest bar.

Centrally located on a main street that was fairly quiet in the evening. Room was generously sized with a comfortable bed. Staff took pains to follow up and make sure that my stay went smoothly.

Because we requested an extra bed in the room, the space became crowded and more difficult to navigate. But we appreciate the fact that we received the extra bed 😊

Perfect place to stay in Rome. Trastevere is the best place to stay to sleep in Rome and start all the city tour. This accommodation is very comfortable and close to the city center. Good value of money. Self check in but extremely clear by the host.

The place is clean and comfy, room is airy and pleasant with high ceilings, big windows, good sized bath, nice details. I appreciated the coffee and tea machines available in the common kitchen, and noticed that it would have been possible to prepare/warm up a full meal (not needed though). The apartment is silent, even though it is in a busy and active district. I did not meet the owner personally but had great interaction with them.

Breakfest included is pretty basic but good enough to start your day.

Location, the attractive building, cleanliness, quiet, very responsive staff: owner+manager+cleaning = all great, non-fussy aesthetic, functional attractive kitchen area stocked with teas perfect to come back to after a long day walking around Rome. I was there for a combo of work and pleasure

To me this is one of the best places I have been to in Rome. The place is super clean. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. Self check in made things very easy. The room is very nice, clean and with all amenities. There is a living area with a kitchen that is very well equipped. As for the location, It is very centered. Bus 3 and tram 8 , the station just In front of the building. So it is 10 minutes from Trastevere station or 15 to the city center. The place is surrounded by cafés supermarkets and restaurants too. I think it is the best stay by far.Thank you so much for a very friendly and kind management.

nice surrounding with various restaurants, easy to reach most touristic spots. Quiet and clean room. Small sharing kitchen are available for the guests with all required utensils, fridge and microwave.
