Parking in the town could be hard. Parking during the day is easier than the evening.

Beautiful town and surrounding areas, had a few days to myself and was able to cook in a kitchen with all the wonderful food ideas collected on my travels. Really felt homely.

It can be a little bit complicated to find a parking place in the little village.

Absolutely nothing

The accommodation was very comfortable and the view of the Tuscan countryside was 'to die for'. Our host was charming and so helpful. nothing was too much trouble and lots of extras provided eg sewing kits, tissues etc.. Tea and coffee were provided with a kettle in the room. We had use of a fully functioning kitchen. However, there was a Michelin Restaurant 1 minute walk away - no contest! We would definitely irecommend staying here. It was a 20 minute drive into Sienna. but we had fresh country air.

We had to be a bit careful when moving around inside the room due to the size and the noises WE made to those who lived downstairs.

It's located a bit far from nearby cities but the village itself is very tranquil and nice, and the friendly and helpful owner facilitated the checkin very much and prepared a lot. The room was sweet, and the view from the window and the garden over the Tuscan fields was awesome.

There were some twenty carton boxes piled up in the lobby, and that created a negative first impression. It turned out that our host, Daniele, was about to set off on his 16th trip to Ukraine. What a wonderful man!

The rooms are charming, but the most valuable feature is the host himself -- his advice on visiting the region was precious, his positive spirit was contagious.

The only thing about Vagliaglia which is a slight disadvantage is its remoteness - guests with a car will have no trouble but it's a little difficult to get to by public transport. The whole area is full of people on bike trips so this part of Chianti, although it's hilly, is also well-served for bike riders.

The location of this B&B was incredible - high in the mountains outside Siena, with a massive vista of mountains, sky and vineyards from the terrace. The room was beautifully decorated and the small touches made it very welcoming and special. There's a single restaurant in town which serves excellent food, and a small grocery store which has everything you need to self-cater if you prefer.

We loved everything

Located in a quiet and beautiful place, easy to park the car nearby, breathtaking views from the balcony and from the outside terrace. Easy to travel to nearby places by car. Daniele, the host and owner, has been truly wonderful. For every place we would go, he was able to recommend us where to park the car, where to go and he was able to give us great recommendation also for food/restaurants. Always helpful and available. And a great person to talk to and to share experiences.

We liked everything very much, the apartment is nice and cozy and has all you need. We got little gifts when we arrived, that was really sweet! The host sent us detailed intructions on how to get to the apartment, the parking, restaurants and so on. He was such a pleasant, warm and helpful person and we truly felt welcome! This was definitely the kindest host ever and anyone who likes to connect with local people will certainly enjoy! Daniele, thank you once again for everything 😊😊

We stayed at Un posto nel mondo for 4 nights in April and it was incredible. The area is very serene and quiet, only a few minutes away from Siena. The accommodation was perfect it included all the necessary facilities and it was very clean and tidy. Daniele was the most welcoming, thoughtful and kindest of hosts. He made sure we had the best time and gave us a lot of suggestions where we should go, as he knows Tuscany by heart. On top of that, he is very fluent in English. We cannot recommend it enough!

nothing at all! everything perfect

— Great location- in a lovely gorgeous small town 11km north of Siena. if you travel with car here is much better then Siena downtown because of parking and quietness. — Super Host. Daniele is really great. not that common that the host would give you so much wonderful tips about your trip, restaurants recommendation even parking lot of tourists sights. i like him in person as well. he runs his place with great enthusiasm and a really great guy. — room is also very much. you can see the host put rally lots of thoughts to make everything comfortable for his guests. very clean. great view of the Vally. we want to go to Chianti region again for cycling. if possible we would definitely stay here again.

- no issues at all - the walls are a bit thin, you can hear the room above you. Just something to be aware if you are on your honeymoon ;)

Daniele is a great host, who made our stay in the outskirts of Siena more than worthwhile. He gave us great reccomendations about things to do and places to eat. Him speaking great English and always down for a chat was an additional plus. The apartment is in a small village about 15mins from Siena, very cute. The room was very clean and the breakfast on our own Tuscan terrace one of many highlights.

Harder to access without car (we had car).

Fantastic b&b in a lovely little town that had live music in the evening when we stayed. The host is outstanding, being genuinely interested, kind, super helpful even after our stay. He gave us lots of good advice for our daily activities. The breakfast in the garden had a fantastic view out over the valley. It was close to Siena but not in its town (which was good).

We really travel a lot and for a long time we didn't have such an amazing host and accommodation. Everything was a dream, from the location (in the middle of the Chianti region), the view from our room, the view from the terrace which was great, and the bed gave us the best sleep during our 12 days road trip through Tuscany. You should visit this place not only because of the accommodation, but also because of the host how was such a help for us. The only thing we didn't like was the fact we couldn't stay more days. If we gonna come back to Tuscany, we will come back here!

We have been guests for 12 days in this lovely B&B, in a small authentic village, 10 km from Siena. Well, we couldn't have made a better choice. We enjoyed every day immensely. The lovely friendly atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings with a great view, a nice atmospheric room with a good bed, the good working airco. It is Tuscany at its best. The host and hostess are extremely friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to make everything to your liking. Thanks to the many tips and extensive guidance, we have discovered many places in Tuscany that we would never have found otherwise. Every time we came back from a beautiful day it felt like coming home again. Our holiday was in one word top. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a quiet, atmospheric place to discover Tuscany from there. D & R thanks a lot!

There is honestly not a single thing I can think of that I could suggest improving.

The location is perfect, at all levels of scale: 1. center of Toscana, allowing you planning daily trips to each and every corner of it comfortably; 2. nice, very quiet village, with three restaurants within 5min drive, and the nearest, having been published in the Michelin guide, 50m away; finally 3. windows and terrace going out onto a beautiful panoramic view of Toscana forests and fields, wineries and olive trees. Daniele did an outstanding job of organizing things and supporting us with his local knowledge and contacts, which accounted for half of this great experience easily. The apartment itself is a perfect blend between a rustic indoor style and 21st century amenities.
