The bathroom could have been cleaner but regarding the price it's alright.

We really liked the extra friendly man working at the reception and the ability to leave the bags at their place after check out. Location is also amazing everything is in the walking vicinity. The heating was on the whole time which is amazing. Also this part of Venice is very quiet in the night so we were able to sleep well.

Navigate in Venice is not that easy and gets the address is a little confusing but I think is normal n Venice

The location is great 5 min walk from piazza San Marco and Rialto bridge . Was a little patio with couches and chairs for a relax time after long day touring

Its located in a very accessible place, just 6 mins walk from rialto bridge. The room and the bathroom were very clean and all the necessary amenities were provided like ac, toiletries etc. There is also a provision to store your luggage after checkout. The owner was very warm and welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable. They also respond pretty quickly

We were charged 30 euro after missing checking for 20 mins because our flight was delayed and we informed the property about it in advance.

Bit tricky to find - just look for Calle Del Dose on Google Maps. There should be a bell on one of the houses on the left hand side of the street that says Dose - ring that bell and someone should help you. Don't forget to send them your arrival time, because there might not be someone there all the time!

Great location, very quiet- only 5 minutes from St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Have your own entrance, so can come and go easily. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Great value in the centre of Venice for the size of the room, as well as having access to a kitchen with a hob, a sink and fridge. Would stay here again for sure!

The hotel is very cozy, clean, safe, and the temperature is just right! It's very comfortable to stay in. There is a hair dryer, kettle, various snacks, coffee and tea in the room. The boss is very nice and humorous. It's very convenient to leave our luggage at the front desk when we go out!

Nothing major. Hot water ran out one morning, was OK, it came back later that evening. Was fine the other 3 nights. There is no real view from the room and no private fridge, no biggy, though. It's still a decent stay.

Great location in a nice quieter part of the city. The room is pretty basic, and hey, a bit dated, but this kind of thing doesn't bother us. The room was also big enough for our needs. The bed was big, it's a memory foam mattress so I can see why some complain it's not for everyone. Overall, it was clean, and the owners were friendly with some good advice. If you're looking for a solid base, near some great restaurants and bars, and aren’t fussed about having a 5 star hotel experience but rather a homley good standard stay, this is your place. Another thing I would add is that Venice is an amazing city, you won't be sitting in your room much, instead roaming round the maze like streets so I'd say you won't be spending much time in the room anyway!
